Must be under totally new ownership. They closed the Subway. They have reduced their hours and are no longer open 24/7. When I asked of the availability of a regular product was told by a manager that he didn't know, wouldn't know, and had other stuff to do

The Garmin said pilot flying J but it's still a Conoco. It's not a bad little store. It has a subway and a nice dining area. It has a handful of truck parking spots and they have a shower. Your rewards are not applied here. You'll have to pay for the shower.

This is probably our last stop before leaving Oklahoma again. So, here we are...and what in the world is this place called now? My husband called it the old Pilot Truck Center, when you enter through the back way there's a huge sign that says Thunder Travel Plaza, the name tags on the employees have Phillips 66, though outside above the fuel station says Conoco and there's little signs calling it ASAP General Store. Also, making it hard to find on Google maps, they have it listed under Enid Thunder Plaza, on Yelp it's called Pilot Flying. To clear this up..first it was a Pilot, then Pilot called it Thunder. After getting rid of the Pilot-Thunder Travel Plaza's, it just became Thunder Travel Plaza. Now ASAP General Store has bought the building, making it store # 330. The new name tags the employees are wearing suggests that the fuel will be switching from Conoco to Phillips 66. So let the updating begin! Now after all that confusion we can get back to the review. We stopped in here for some truck logs and lunch. Coming up to the back truck entrance there are big signs on the building. It appears they offer Subway, Hunts Pizza and Chester's Chicken...now to see if any of them are open during the coronavirus, these days you just never know anymore. I didn't check out the showers or restrooms, so there's no opinion on those. The store looked fantastic. It was nice, clean and spacious...quiet. We weren't greeted nor asked if we needed help while we walked past the employees several times in the store. Subway was shockingly open and serving some customers, I didn't see any Chester's Chicken unless it was sold along with Subway. My husband found the logs he was looking for and we headed up front to the hot Hunts pizza case and the hotbox. I chose the last three crispito's, while my husband got the chicken breasts. Since we had the Kickback rewards card, we used it to collect more points. Leaving with my confusion over the name of the store, I had no complaints, except for the employees. I've been in the management field for many years of general stores, transit companies and truck stops. In dealing with the public, you have to get excited about your job (even if your not), welcome everyone that walks in, show off those pearly whites on your face and act like you absolutely love being there then strive to be friendly and helpful. The customers are where your paychecks come from, you don't need to decrease that number that comes in, but instead INCREASE it!
