First thank you Payson for helping me and my family with our purchase and everything you helped us with on our 2 hr drive just to come to that specific bootbarn. Now the lady that sized my son for his hat thank you. The lady that was with you to her specifically the way you looked at me and my family was extremely rude your eye rolling looking at me and my kids was ridiculous if you have never seen bi racial family get use to it my children are biracial and beautifully mixed. The way you looked at me and my family was screaming get out of your store we don't belong there that's how you made me feel not only me my daughter as well she actually mentioned and pointed you out to me I then saw what she my daughter was seeing. We Don't do racist people we are a very diverse family and love it. You should straighten your facial expression and body language up a bit and don't be so ugly with it. By the way my sons father works security there whom happens to be Caucasian

I bought work boots from boot barn and after a couple of weeks i realized they didn’t fit right. I showed them the receipt and the manager let me trade to the correct size.

My husband and I have been Boot Barn customers for several years. We have always used the location in Wichita KS and have come across different employees good and not so good ones. With that being said, I am huge on customer service. I believe in treating everyone equally. I believe it makes the whole experience a lot better and will make customers feel welcome and want to come back. Today we had both experiences at the Enid location. The first lady to greet us in the cowboy hat was absolutely amazing ! because of her I do want to come back to this location but our checkout person not so much. Lack of customer service skills. Rude and eye rolling even. I kept my mouth shut because it's Sunday and I do not want to end my holy Sunday mad ?! I have been on the other side of the counter and I can tell you that I will treat everyone how I would want to be treated. That's the only way to be when you work anywhere. Wether it is a fast food place a shoe store or a law firm. Smile , greet customers and be helpful!! This life is way too short to be grumpy ? . That is all ! We will continue to shop at Boot Barn because they've had the best boots for my husband and I absolutely love the Cody James line !!! I will say this. If I don't get the amazing employee in the hat at the Enid location I will walk out or choose a different location. Either way I have to drive 1 to 2 hours to either location.

My 2 girls and I came in for new boots not really knowing what we needed. Rebekah was so sweet and helpful and we so happily left with our new boots. FYI, if you have a service pup, this place was so kind and respectful of my girl. We’ll definitely be back.

This 5 starts is for Nancy! I walked into boot barn teary eyed not knowing what to wear to an important Christmas party. She put several outfits together and helped me pick something I felt comfortable and confident wearing. Her kindness and helpfulness turned my whole day around. Thank you again, 10/10!!!

When visiting Enid last week (Oct 03rd), saw the store and stopped and had a blast there, from the moment that walked the door! Karen was super kind to walk me around the store, showing the hat and jacket options, whilst having a good chat!Then, after she having to go on break, Tristan promptly approached offering help and once again, super kind and great chat!Ended up getting an awesome hat and a tough jacket, and Tristan modeled the hat exactly the way I wanted!Big kudos to both Karen and Tristan, and hoping to see you both when visiting Enid on business again!Cheers from the big Brazilian!
