They were going to do an alignment on my car last Saturday. I sat in the waiting room 30 mins and was then told they couldn't do the alignment unless they replaced a bad tie rod end. They wanted 225 dollars to fix it and another 89 for the original alignment. Big o also told me if I brought in a tire they would mount and balance it for 20 dollar. Big o charged me 30 and told me it was because the tire was new. I went into the shop and had them show me. The tie rod end had zero slack in it. I told them we weren't replacing it. I then came to Four J's tire monday and they agreed the tie rod was fine. Four J's also did the alignment for 14 dollars cheaper. Unless you like being taken advantage of then I would find a different shop for all your tire and alignment needs...

Great experience at Big O’s. Tire had a slow leak and they quickly found the problem! I was in and out within 30 minutes! No high pressure sale pitches. I will be back when it’s time for new tires.

Went in at 12:30 to get car checked only customers at this time. By 1:30 4 customers that came in after us all got finished. Tires and etc. I know they work on commission and I needed to find out what was wrong with my car to get it fixed. They had it up on the ramps the whole time not attending to it. Was going to take it back in there to get it fixed but after this experience it’s very doubtful! They need better customer service.

Big O tires has always provided me with a great selection of tires as needed, as well as follow-up rotation and maintenance. Their service deals are also great, including a phenomenal price on the synthetic blend oil change and brake system flush.
