The worker named "Amanda" told my fiance she was lying about when she purchased a product and was completely hateful in tone towards her.On top of that she was demeaning to her other coworker, and then was catching a hateful attitude with the next customer.She needs to learn not only customer service 101, but also human decency 101.

Great deals, smiling faces, great customer service. Will definitely return! Berry Waffle cone is my new favorite summer scent!!! (I did think they stuffed too much into one bag. 7 soaps and 2 candles in one bag. I carried it underneath because I was worried it would break. However I do appreciate them trying to be conservative with the bags. ;) )

Nice Bath and Body Works. On the smaller side, good amount of product, convenient location, nice staff! No white barn attached, but they still have a good selection of candles!

Lady there working was rude.. I’m sorry but as I was trying to ask a question, she walk away to answer a phone call from her cell phone.. I’m sticking to ordering online as I should’ve done in the beginning. Smh bad experience for me, but hopefully better for y’all.
