Went in to get a battery connector, they said they didn't have one. I then asked if they thought O'Reillys might. They said if we don't have then O'Reilly won't have shit. Real unprofessional.

I swing by today to buy a headlight and was extremely happy with the service I received. Ken was super awesome and helped with picking the headlight and helped me install it. Best experience I’ve had with customer service in a while.

We were traveling from Florida to Enid then down to west Texas and back to FL. The water pump in our truck went out and the team here at the store was very helpful in getting us the parts and tools to get back on the road. Coming from a parts history myself, It is hard to find this level of help and professionalism at any parts store anymore. Thank you very much!

Does not even deserve a star. Horrible service. Came in on a Friday. I had to order a part said it would be in at 9:00 Saturday morning. I show up Saturday morning. They ordered the wrong part. Ok, let's try again. The new part will be here Sunday. I call to just be told they'd give me a call back. Hours waiting for a call back & I have to call them. Still no answers. Although they said the right part would eventually be ordered sometime Sunday and would be here Monday. Monday morning I call yet again& they cannot find the part. I've now missed 4 days of work because their employees cannot get it together. Horrible service and will NEVER go back!!!

Recently moved to this area and of course my battery started to go! Brayden helped me out by finding and installing my battery + wind shield wiper. He was so lovely to speak to and kept me at eased. I’d definitely be coming back if I have any more problems!
