They have tons of stuff packed into this location, including fresh produce. But the staff are pretty terrible. They would much rather smoke break together right outside the entrance than actually help any customers. They especially dislike assisting and will glare stupidly at any 'city folk'.

I hate to call specific people out on here but damn, they're asking for it at this point. There's an older woman with shorter hair that works in here that I honestly feel bad for. Almost always negative energy coming from her, even when you go out of your way to be friendly to her. Her personality is not conducive to customer service. She needs to watch cameras at the casino or something.

The woman manager is usually rude and slow to the register The boy who works there obviously thinks its his homehe isn't helpful, usually he is lounging, or hanging out w/mgr when customers are trying to check out!

If you are trying to decide about pickup, just don't. I ordered right before 330.. right after 530 I get an email saying it's going to be delayed. For a 6-7p pickup window, 9 items, 7 unique. Come 630 checking - picking order, out of paper plates. Come 7 checking - no change. Come 830 - no change. Store closes in 30 minutes... No stinking change... And I'm not getting out this late.

Dollar General in Elmore City has a lot of bargins, but like so many other businesses, supply keeping up with demand has been a problem. However they are currently well stocked. The staff is great, the store is clean. They carry a lot but not everything. Elmore City Dollar General isn't the largest Dollar General Store in Garvin County, but it still has a lot of bargins to offer..., check out their dollar aisle.
