This guy is a real trip . After speaking to this man on the phone and him telling me a phenomenally stupid high price I decided to give him the benefit if the doubt being as how I only had one day to get the work done to get the truck back on the road . I arrive at his shop and had what I thought was a discussion about the driveline while standing by my trailer ready to get it unloaded .I mentioned what I thought was wrong with it made a statement that I'd like to just replace one piece that I thought was wrong with it so I could keep the cost at a minimum . In a New York second he commenced to telling me that I had offended him and told me to drive to Oklahoma city to inland truck parts and have them fix it because I seemed like I was going to be trouble .I apologized and said no sir that is not the way it is . Still standing by my trailer which was a good 30 ft at the front away from the door he commenced to tell me not to come into his shop like made me feel like he would shoot me if I moved toward the door .Now yall can form your own opinions off of this kind of ignorance that I had to encounter . From my point of view i would never recommend that anyone have to deal with someone like this . Terrible unprofessionalism completely uncalled for and I have spoken to others about this situation that know him and know he acts the same way to others .

Up until today I had a 5 star opinion from previous parts purchase. I considered this 'my shop' of choice and had refered a couple friends already. A friend was heading that way to bring him my driveshaft. I just needed a yoke 're-clocked', no balance, on a small Jeep shaft. I called for a price range guestimate to first see if I had the available funds (as I only have Veteran Disability income, which I told him), and second, to know about how much to send with him to pay for it. I was RUDELY told he "doesnt want to do it" and HUNG-UP on me. He's lost any future business from me and anyone else I would have referred. I will gladly drive 40 miles further to someone polite in OKC, or while I'm there for a VA doc appt or elsewhere from now on. It's sad in today's jacked up society and economy that just being kind and curtious in even the smallest things is too much for too many. Hope everyone has a Great Day! Chao.

I can’t thank Doug enough. My dad was stranded in Weatherford, OK, 7 hours from home & his drive shaft shattered on his welding rig & he was stuck in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no one to help. Doug got the info he needed from him to rebuild the shaft & brought it to him & got it in and he was back on the road in less than 12 hours. Thank you so much sir for your kindness & willingness to help. You don’t find people like that these days.

Couldn't ask for more. Snapped a drive shaft, and expected to be down a day or 2. They actually came and picked me up on the side of the road. I called at 8am. By 11:00 I was on the road again. I would highly recommend Western Oklahoma drivetrain.

Western Oklahoma Powertrain is quick with their work. Very quick, and very efficient. And it's the best I've had done. All of which coming at a highly competitive rate. Their customer service is top-notch, and they stand behind their work. And, when you get your product back from them, it is, indeed better than new! I promise: there isn't another outfit in this part of the country that provides as many machine shop-related services, at the level of precision and quality that they provide.
