The staff are super great! We rented a car from Grapevine Avis, drove to Oklahoma to visit family and the day after getting the car the tire pressure light alerted us that the front passenger tire was low, so we took it to T & W. The looked at it and found that the wheel was craft. Avis rented this car that was dinged up a lot on the passenger side. They inflated both front tires to over 45 psi, knowing there was an issue! But T & W put a sealer on it at no charge!

I was running to pick up groceries for my Mom who was caring for my disabled father and my grandmother, since I was just running there and back and wouldn’t be getting out anywhere- I didn’t load my wheelchair. My low tire pressure light came on just as I’m passing a tire shop on the way back out of town- I felt pretty lucky! I pulled into a tire shop on Main Street- there were 3 men in the garage area and outside, who I motioned to and tried to holler at, but they looked at me like I was trash, and just had really annoyed looks on all of their faces and just when I was REALLY feeling stupid for pulling in there I heard one say another, “She can go in the office.” So I googled tire shops nearby and luckily these guys were the next closest and would be open by the time I got there. I pulled in and called them- the lady I spoke to was so understanding and sweet, she came outside and directed me where to go. The guys who helped me were very sweet as well, and all the other guys working on other vehicles looked pleasant and smiled in passing, having polite conversation with each other and just had a completely different vibe! I know I did a stupid thing but I am grateful they changed my day from stressful and embarrassing to relieved with a renewed faith in humanity! It really turned my day around.

Horrible service. Had a flat with my 80+yo parents in the car on a busy 4 lane highway and the went to Lunch first before sending someone out. Then, after waiting for an hour and a half, didn’t even call to let us know they were coming. On top of that, $278 for a tire for a Ford Edge. Acted as if WE were the inconvenience. Look elsewhere if possible.

We spent near $1000.00 for 4 tires for our RV, we asked if they would please check the air in the remaining tires. We were told they did check the other tires but obviously they didn’t. My husband was doing some repairs under the rv the next day and one of the tires was completely flat! Had that been checked as asked the day before it would not have been flat. So disappointed folks don’t care enough to do their job. We’re so happy we found it prior to being out on the road.
