Decent hotel for a night on the road. Beds were decently comfy, love lots if pillows, room was really large with fridge, microwave, chair, instant coffee machine thingy lol, desk and rolling chair, plenty of lamps. The furniture for the most part looked in good shape. TV and channel seletion was small but not a biggie. Pool looked nice but we didnt try it out.
The only negative I have is the room smelled like pee. Not damp too long, but pee. Very unappealing. Probably stemming from the carpet needing deep cleaned or replaced as there were several big stains and it kinda felt grimy. I guess it could be the ac unit needs cleaned and that's where the smell is coming from. The bathroom is tile so it's not there. No bathroom vent which always annoys me in hotels and there's an overhead light that doesn't have a switch for or doesn't work. Maybe the vent and overhead light are all connected.
Overall, it's a good stay for a night. Or even a couple nights if you have something to do in town.

Room is clean a good place to stop when traveling long distance. Very close to exit. Comfortable and clean bed, sheets and towels.

Nice clean room. The bed is very comfy. The mirowave and fridge in the room were convenient. Nice staff. The only drawback at all was a crappy shower head, but at least it worked, just not real well.

Price and availability at 10:30 p.m.was great! Exceptionally clean. Super friendly front desk clerk. Surprised at coffee and juice snd bteakfast available at 5:30 a.m. Will try for this same place on our travels back from AZ. Thank you Sleep Inn Elk City.

Food & drinks: They had fresh scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits that were quite tasty. There was also waffles you could make as well as a nice assortment of beverages and cereals. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

As to your ignorant remark about a booking agent, NONE WERE INVOLVED! WE WERE REFUNDED AFTER I TOLD YOU MY ATTORNEY ADVISED ME OF OUR RIGHTS! Renting rooms to guest KNOWING there's a bedbug infestation is a health hazzard! We could sue you for damages if your bedbugs traveled to our home. In fact, your establishment has given $1000 to a guest to replace her bed in her home after she was seen by a DOCTOR & her confirmed the bedbugs came from YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!

THE FACT, YOU KNOW THERE ARE BEDBUGS ON THE 3RD FLOOR & CONTINUE TO RENT WITHOUT REPLACING BEDS IS A CONCERN FOR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!

Jeeroy George had a very unpleasant attitude with my entire family. No jacuzzi in room. When my cousin went downstairs to address this issue, she was faced with a man with his children eaten up by bedbugs! They had just returned from Urgent Care! We rented the room JUST FOR THE JACUZZI TUB supposedly in the room. We literally just got in the room. We immediately got our belongings & requested a refund! Never ever again! Beware of bedbugs & poor management!
Rooms: Older place, not a luxury hotel! Old carpet, stains & smells unpleasant. Stains on walls, tub, counter tops. Worn bedspreads. Appliances show years of wear as well as curtains.
Safety: Our 1st red flag was a crew of scruffy, dirty laborers grilling in the parking lot. Then there's the issues with the bedbugs. Nothing was sanitary. Nothing was clean. Just cleaned at. Plus Jeeroy keeps the thermostat at 80 to breeding those germs, bedbugs & bacteria.
Food & drinks: We were going to get ice but decided we'd buy some & go to a store for refreshments due to uncleanness.
Noteworthy details: We would have never been in this low quality place had they not lied to us about having jacuzzi tubs in rooms. The photos are very misleading as far as cleanliness & luxury. Jeeroy couldn't deny the bedbug problem with the victims in the lobby. He tried to pull his "be reasonable" bully talk on approximately 10 customers requesting refunds until several people mentioned medical bills & lawyers. He told the receptionist "you can handle this, I have to leave."
He offered NO SOLUTIONS TO ANYONE!

This place has gone down hill and will do anything for a dollar. We paid full price to have availability to our room, pool, and breakfast. This morning there was hardly any food left as they were completely unprepared for a busy weekend. Then this afternoon they allowed a birthday party access to the pool we had to pay for. Completely unacceptable.

Room was not even close to acceptable. Bathroom toilet had a towel stuffed behind it to catch leak, shower ceiling had holes and patches, walls had sheetrock tape for patches, bedroom ceiling had black handprints, hallway carpet had large obvious stain. No one covering front desk. Overall gross and not okay for what we paid.

Stopped off at this place on a trip to California. It exceeded my expectations for the price point ! The rooms were clean and well equipped ! Attendant at check in desk was very informative about the surrounding area ! There was a truck stop across the intersection. Rooms were equipped w refrigerator and microwave ! The complimentary breakfast was great too ! Waffle maker and biscuits and gravy along w cereals juice, milk, scrambled eggs and coffee would recommend for great budget stay !

This place has gone way down, stayed a few years ago, was clean, kept up and nice. This time not so much, shower walls were dirty, sink was stained and disgusting, curtains had food on them, windows were dirty, outlets on lamps for chargers didn’t work at all, I guess pets are allowed, which is fine, but someone’s dog was barking half the night. just disappointed all around.

Our room was nice. But it looked like there was remodeling to the wall. Spackle not painted. Was a little of a turn off. But the beds were comfy for the night. Clean. Breakfast. Dog friendly. Will return. Good Price. $72.00
