After my hearty attack I was really lost. They made my life so much easier always willing to work with insurance to get things taken care of and keep you on track. Very knowledgeable and they truly care about there patients. No better place to be for all your pharmacy needs in Elk City or where ever you might live in Oklahoma.

They wouldn’t fill my prescription because I don’t get ALL of my prescriptions filled there, per the owner. There is a shortage on this medication, but it seems like an odd way to do business because I would have been open to getting all of my prescriptions filled there. However, nobody seemed interested in that. Business must be booming if you aren’t interested in new customers. I’ll stick with the chains, I guess.

Went it just too look, treated very unfriendly by staff, whispers and staff came up one after another asking if they could help us find something, again and again and again, felt ran off.

What I came in for and called about was not in stock. Not cool. However, I can say it was a positive experience even though it's cost me a huge headache of trying to find what I need. Here's why: first, the store is immaculate. Super clean and very well-organized. I've seen hospitals dirtier than this place! Perfect lighting, labels, just a very clean store. The three employees I talked to, even though they were delivering bad news, seemed generally interested and understanding about my frustration. They even offered some helpful advice, assuming I could find what I needed. I mean, they didn't get my business, but with the way they treated me I wouldn't be opposed to going there in the future. That's great customer service. One thing though: the parking is a bit irritating with the placement between 2 very narrow drive-thru areas. It's rather narrow, and of course I had 2 stupid big trucks park on either side of me. Of course.

All the employees and the owner really care about every one of their customers. I have seen this and I have received their special services many, many times. There is no way I would use a different pharmacist, I recommend Rodney and his associates to everyone. The other sections of the store are outstanding! Candles, cards, toys, gifts of all kinds for very reasonable prices. I suggest everyone check them out!
