Moved here 3 years ago to make co-parenting with my children's mother easier and I honestly have to say that it was the best decision of my life. The Park manager is absolutely the greatest, the owner is driven to give the residents a wholesome, safe and happy environment by upgrading and paving roads. The community is one of the kiddos safe places I have ever lived, with parents and families that watch out for kids, that includes the Park manager and owner who take the time to get to know all the children here. I couldn't have found a better place to live and raise my kids and grandkids!

Moved here to put our grandson in Merritt school district. After meeting the owner, I get the impression he would love to make changes throughout the park & and hopefully, he gets that opportunity to! The park manager is extremely nice, helpful & willing to help resolve any issues. The area we live in is quiet and so far have had no issues with anyone messing with our outdoor stuff. Definitely recommend this as an option for anyone looking to purchase or live in a friendly neighborhood.

Lots of pot holes to drive thru but mostly clean trailer park. It's a safe neighborhood to let your kids play in.
