A Karen works here. She was threatening to confiscate a firearm I was trying to ship to an FFL perfectly legal and the firearm had no ammo. The buyers FFL was also with the package. She kept spewing about UPS policy but UPS policy is not law and I would have pressed felony charges if she had "confiscated" my firearm. The policy was because too many ups employees were "confiscating" firearms illegally. I will never do business here again and I guess I just won't sell a firearm through an FFL again since shipping seems to be a nightmare with all the Karen's in the world.
