Needed 13” tire on late Friday afternoon traveling thru, for our car dolly ..(note: don’t exceed speed rating for extended periods of time)…anyway, he said he had them in stock and bring it over. Their layout of shop made it easy to get in with rv, dolly and car. They jumped right on it, hooked us up with two new tires, they knew what needed done and did it quick, efficient, and cheap!”

“Not all heroes wear capes. Jesse of JG Repairs and Towing was our hero as we were stranded with a blown tire and no spare on a cross country road trip in an RV. “We were traveling through Oklahoma in our RV. We hit a tire fragment on the highway, and our undercarriage plumbing was damaged and no longer usable.We tried several RV dealers in the Oklahoma City area but none would do an emergency repair. Ditto dealers in Albuquerque, our next destination.Out of necessity we stayed in a motel in Elk City, and just before leaving town the next day we tried Elk City RV. When they learned that we were on the road and far from home, they told us we could come in right away.They were smart and resourceful, willing and able to repair the damaged parts (which we had managed to salvage) as well as fabricate the one part that they couldn’t fix.Cost for the repair was very reasonable.Thank you, Elk City RV for your kindness and your expertise!”

“While on a vacation to the Southwest, we had the catalytic converter stolen from our van in Elk City, OK. I found Big Elk Automotive and Exhaust on the internet. The owner, Scott and his team were extremely helpful and got us back on the road in 6 hours which included obtaining a new converter from Oklahoma City, several hours away. During this time, they provided a comfortable room to wait in which included a TV. Scott's wife also made us lunch at no cost. I found everyone at Big Elk to be very accommodating and friendly to the point of offering a private vehicle to use if we needed to go somewhere. In the end, we were charged a fair price for a quality job. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated. If we lived near Elk City, this would be my go to shop for all things automotive and I highly recommend them to anyone without reservation.Service: Exhaust”
“I’ve been working with Justin on repairing hail damage for the past two months. I’ve kept a close eye on how they do their paint and body work. From the body work, the paint work, the way they treat customers, Justin and his crew are some of the best I’ve been around. I wouldn’t recommend them if I didn’t think they were one of the best, not just in Elk City but I think in the country. I’ve worked with several body shops and I’m very picky as to who I recommend. If you are in Elk City and surrounding areas, Walker’s Body Works is where you need to go! Period. The End!”

My dad was stranded in Weatherford, OK, 7 hours from home & his drive shaft shattered on his welding rig & he was stuck in the middle of nowhere with absolutely no one to help. Doug got the info he needed from him to rebuild the shaft & brought it to him & got it in and he was back on the road in less than 12 hours. “I was driving back to St. Louis from LA and our car broke down in Elk City at 4am the day before the 4th of July. As you can imagine, the next day nobody was open and we had called literally everyone in town. Once they opened, they called us back and told us to bring it down to the shop. The part we needed wasn't at any store the area so the owner pulled it off of his personal project car to get us home. I can't describe how kind and helpful these people are.
