“This was definitely the best experience I’ve had in a dealership in YEARS! they actually treated me like a customer and not a dollar sign. There was zero pressure put on me and they were quick to answer any questions I had. I definitely found my new dealership and all of the other dealers out there could really learn something valuable from this place. The employees are happy and laid back and it really shows in how they interact with their customers. Someone came in while I was there just to thank them for going above and beyond helping him with an issue he had with his truck. You don’t see dealerships like this anymore, they kept the old school traditional values and didn’t adopt this new way of making the customers feel like idiots or like you owed them something. I’ve told everyone I know that their next vehicle needs to be bought from these guys if they want to have a great buying experience again vs the crap service that is typically given.”

“We just received my husband's pickup back from Gary's Auto Body. WOW, It looks amazing!From the beginning, the office staff and claims handler, Erika, worked to get the outcome we wanted. The insurance company made a mistake and tried to total the auto and Erika fought to get things straightened out!Once repairs were started, Gary's accommodated our special request for some customization. When we were not 100% sure what we wanted, the technician was so helpful guiding us towards what would look best. “I’ve been working with Justin on repairing hail damage for the past two months. I’ve kept a close eye on how they do their paint and body work. From the body work, the paint work, the way they treat customers, Justin and his crew are some of the best I’ve been around. I wouldn’t recommend them if I didn’t think they were one of the best, not just in Elk City but I think in the country. I’ve worked with several body shops and I’m very picky as to who I recommend.
