My experience paying my AT&T bill was very good. I used my local store in Elk City, OK and Tristen was professional and very helpful.

We had a great customer service experience. The gentleman helped us switch over two phones, tranfer all our data and we even had a laugh or two while we were being helped. Another associate was helping an annoying, stinky, slightly rude customer and we watched her help him with grace and composure. All around good team... read full comment

Very impressed with my transition from T-Mobile to AT&T. I ACTUALLY HAVE SERVICE NOW. REPRESENTATIVE MADE IT SO EASY at the Elk city store.
