I just paid $16 for the automatic car wash and it only went to step 2 before shutting down. Also, no receipt was given so I'm SH#t out of luck. Don't make the same mistake I did. On the phone with the bank now to see if I can contact payment. If not lesson learned and I will never use this automatic car wash again.
