Serious problems with no solutions. Should be embarrassed to have the word Communications in their name. Service is terrible and it seems dependent on how much you pay in order to get the service fixed. 20 year customer but not for much longer

I see the bad reviews and the complaints but that has wholly not been my experience. Internet service can be tougher to keep running than most realize. I for one am incredibly impressed with the Fiber Internet service we have in Cache. I was with a competitor for years and it was always something. Either an outage or bogus billing error or just overall bad customer service. Hilliary has been the exact opposite. In fact, just the other night the service went out. The first time it’s happened since I had the service. I wasn’t too concerned as it had never happened so clearly not a habitual problem. But I reached out to their customer service and informed them of the outage. Within an hour service was restored. Go with Hilliary if you have the option.

Here we go again!! No service, no one to contact for an update. Last time we were out for a week with no explanation let’s hope it’s not another week!!

if i could give zero stars I would. Wifi doesn't work half the time then no one answers when you call and if they do they don't know how to fix the problem. save yourself money and time.

Internet is terrible, It has outages more than it works. No one ever responds to an outage report. Do yourself a favor, Do not get service from Hilliary.

only 1 star because 0 stars isnt available, 28 days without internet and you cant even tell why? all you can say is "there is no widespread outage." your "service" is more like a lack of service. your phone support is horrible and your business tactics are even worse, hows your new UNNEEDED building working out? if your owner wasnt friends with the mayor you wouldnt have this contract. the whole company is absolutely corrupt and disinterested in fixing problems.

One of there workers where here at my house working on this line less then 30 feet from my house he said I was in coverage area just to call the office so I did lady said she would have someone call me back to see if they could get me hooked up and still no phone call back a month Later going to call again just want there service back at my house once I get a phone call back my review will change

Saw a guy in a HIllary truck working just East of my house I stopped and asked him if my area was covered, he explained that they covered to the box where he was standing I got excited realizing I was finally in their coverage area so I called their office. They asked if they could call me back. When they returned my call she said I was not in the coverage area yet and acted as though I was not suppose to know they were out here. This is very frustrating as the inclusion of Hillary into my market has left other providers out of the area and my family and I have to suffer with internet that makes it unable to do distance anything.
