I went in to get a few things, one of them being a case of Twisted Tea and chaos ensued at the checkout. My license is in the mail, because my current one is expired, so I carry paperwork and my valid passport with me while I wait for it to come in. Apparently this is a HUGE issue for them. I tried explaining as well as providing current and valid ID to the cashier, to make a simple purchase, but for some reason she legitimately has it out for me. I received nothing but shortness, rudeness, and a malicious waste of my time. She made me go out to my car to get my additional valid paperwork, and when I returned, she still said no to the sale. I just don't understand why a business would try so hard to not only make things difficult, but to go even further and refuse sale over a personal vendetta, purely out of spite. The rude cashier was older, she made it obvious she was bitter and it seemed like she didn't get paid enough there because she had a mustache..I guess she can barely afford to take care of herself. The only reasoning I can come up with is that this was the only power in her life and she wanted to abuse it to make herself feel better over a younger person obviously trying to have a life. What a shame and a complete joke. Her and the manager deserve a medal for saving the world for holding the line, not allowing a 25 year old to purchase alcohol with valid ID. I literally drove across the street and bought the same thing...so yah I hope they know their acts of valor were absolutely meaningless and a waste of time.

Stopped by this Walmart on our travels. Friendly and well laid out store. Plenty of parking. What a nice stop on our way to valley of the gods UT to ride hard core dirt trail and do some repelling. Thanks for the great stop!

We came in on a good day! We got an excellent parking spot. The aisles were clean, employees helpful. There's not too much to say about Wal-Mart, I think they're all pretty much the same from store to store

For walmart, this is a pretty convenient location. It's right off I40, which makes it perfect for me leaving OKC. The layout is a bit odd. I realize this is a smaller Walmart, but the layout isn't very good. The selection is the worst! They have basics, but the selection isn't the greatest at all. I came here this time for certain things; they didn't have any of it. Also, the pet department is super small. Only the most popular food is available, but no real high-end food. The staff has been consistently friendly, which is a huge plus. Self checkout is also good and with several kiosks.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store for the most part is clean. There is a strange odor in the back corner of the produce section that smells like like cat urine. The produce is lacking it's a very small section and usually over run with fruit flies.

Walmart money transfers made by RIA... Absolutely a pain. I've been using them every week for a few years, the about 8 months ago, money wasn't available to be picked up. It was under security review.. and since, every 3rd time the same thing happens...I told them once it was for a car payment...they asked me who I was buying a car from...sent 100 to my 77yr old mother in law, on fixed income and needed some things,, after she drove there in a storm, 4ia cancelled it...even though I've sent we money many times in the past..... Use Western Union, it is cheaper, faster, and absolutely no hassles

Were from a small town with only one walmart supercenter and I have to say that this Walmart Supercenter here in el reno oklahoma is by the worst ever! the produce for one, looks good on the outside but once you cut into it, it's down right tasteless or rotten. We have not tasted a good peach or pear yet and why do they always add a couple of rotten strawberry's to every carton? And the bakery department, oh my God! several times we have bought the bread or buns and two days later they turned green. Eggs, we once bought the two blue 18 packs and they had maggots in both cartons. We have lived here for about 4 years and they still have the exact same pet toys. Also the packaged sandwich meat we bought twice, were rotten. Just last week my mother bought a curled gallon of milk. This is all from the same Walmart Supercenter right here in El Reno Oklahoma. I really hope they find some smart energetic and caring employs for all departments. And Please learn how to order real food for once! not all of us are on food stamps! This is the truth and I hope it helps.

It's Walmart, they're paid minimum wage for goodness sake. What do you expect? The Ritz Carlton?

Went into the store to get a few things then proceeded to go to automotive to checkout. Was waiting in automotive for 20 minutes and even paged for an associate. Decided to go up to the front checkout only to find the associates in the back spelling Walmart while yelling then it turned to yelling Walmart. Then when I finally got to the front the cashier was really rude. Ive worked in retail for nearly two years and this is not how a store should be run. The managers need to quit having their employees chanting Walmart and have them help paying customers. They are literally making more per hour than I am to chant Walmart like cheerleaders.
