I was needing some tools and stuff to get a job done in a time frame was told my stuff would be in on a certain day and was told most definitely on Friday called them and went to store and was told sorry for your bad luck was told the owner of the store was tired of looking for it maybe Saturday he would look again and I already paid in full for this stuff. The help up front is always just playing around with each other and not helping customers. This is the last time I walk in this store it does not seem like they care about there customers projects

Picked up pool filter sand. Employees were very helpful. Product was priced better then one of the big box stores in the metro area.

worst customer service ever. Four employees all standing around at the register visiting, couldnt find what we needed went to the front to get help. rught told was what asile to look at. Pridyct wasnt there. no one came to asist so we keft.
