DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE IN THE SUMMER!! She mentioned the A/C couldn't keep up but never said it would not work. It was never cool. 87 degrees & dirty filters. The place had dead bug & spider webs everywhere. We also had several guests get stung by wasps. Huge nest in the very old grill outside. She never offered to compensate for such a horrible experience.

Catered a wedding there . Couldn’t use the stove . Plugin’s didn’t work for warmers to keep food warm. Drain on the kitchen sink wouldn’t drain so we could clean up. Heater kept going out and it was 32 degrees outside. I think they need to get some things fixed. Oh and on top of that NO HOT Water at all to clean or wash hands with!
