“I walked in the store and 2 of your associates greeted me and asked how they could help me. This was at the el reno, ok 73036 store. They were great. I enjoyed my time there, they tried to upsale the iPhone 15, but I got a 14 because my son insisted on the XR which I understand is comparable to a 10. Which is not in production.They also helped me file a claim for my galaxy phone that I had broken the camera lens on. Guess what, I got the phone today. Which is astounding.Thank you to your associates at the el reno store. Im not sure about upgrades, or purchasing iPhones but they made it worth the 40 minute trip to do business.
