Overall great experience. After other disappointing trips and phone calls to other GM dealerships, this was pleasant surprise. Kurt (our sales rep) and Kevin (our finance guy) were great to work with and shared a lot of information. The whole process was smooth and completed in a timely manner.

Run don't walk From Frontier Chevrolet. They lie to steal your money. Short story. Engine light came on. Tech said #3 cylinder miss firing. Said metal shavings in the engine. Needs new engine. One day had metal shavings even on the dip stick. Then next day was told no oil in the engine.????? Since I didn't have paper proof of my oil change I had to pay for the engine myself. I knew something was not right. They wanted to go ahead and do the oil change and rotate the tires! I'm like WHAT! Was told well it runs. I got my car took it to a better dealership. Surprise nothing wrong with engine. Other than same reading. #3 cylinder miss firing. That injector needed replaced. Amazing. Car now runs like new. The General Manager is the one running the automotive shop. He will cheat you when he can. I'm grateful that I know some about automotive, or they would of charged me for an engine I DID NOT NEED! RUN you would be better off somewhere els.

Went to the service department, was greeted promptly by Mindy and she was extremely helpful, making sure she understood my issues with my vehicle. She stayed in touch with me letting me know the cost and time involved.

The oil change was fairly priced. Good job there. What im unhappy about is there is a low growl or hum from drivers side. Been going on b4 my warranty expired. My wife is the one that takes our truck in everytime. She was told it was an alignment or we needed to rotate our tires. Even got asked where we bought our tires. They are bf goodwrench ko2. Practically brand new. Truck drives straight as an arrow. I know what a wheel hub bearing sounds and feels like. Ive changed several. Ur technician didn't wana screw w it because it was Saturday. Theres a reason why i bought a new truck. I didn't wana mess w it. This is my second vehicle from frontier. It will be my last

My only complaint was that I felt that my vehicle should have been repaired a lot sooner than it took I had to wait 8 days more than a week for a brake vacuum pump and booster to be replaced, vehicle was at 83,000 for this issue. I understand that there is a class action law suit against GM over this issue for not recalling this for the 2020 Malibu, some owners have had their engine ruin over this defect and I just lucked out this time in fact I was told by the service guy that there was another customer with the same issue on their Malibu right before I brought mine in for repairs. The service gentlemen was very courteous in keeping me informed.

Was the easiest vehicle buying experience, I will definitely being buying all my vehicles from here in the future, the guys never pressured me into anything, and were so patient with me. 5 star hands down.
