First time visiting here (from out of state). Their staff are so kind and welcoming. I have honestly never been to a dealership with a friendlier staff. I got some warranty repairs done and time passed so fast while chatting. Service was excellent. 10 out of 10 recommended.

The service advisor, Mindy, was outstanding! She kept in constant contact with me, I never had to wonder “What’s going on?” She worked with my warranty company and made my life so much easier. I will definitely bring all future service for my truck and my company’s to Frontier because of her!

I had a flat tire blown on the highway. I called the local gmc dealer close to my house but they didn’t warranted it even tho I still had warranty bumper to bumper. When I called Frontier, they look up my info and warranty it.

I was going home from OKC. To western OK my transmission missed up on my 2011 3500 pickup I could only go 10 miles an hour they got me in found the problem and I was on my way if I ever by new pickup they are the first place I will be going to because good service is hard to find thanks again

Friendly and very helpful receptionist. The waiting area is one of the most comfortable I’ve been to and the desk they had on hand in the area was very convenient for me to work while I waited. I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the dealership area I was privy to.

Leaving this 1 star review here for the salesman name Bo.Worked out a truck deal with Bo, sent my CC info over to lock truck up on deposit. Received text saying “We’re all set.”Was waiting on some emails from Bo which I never received. He insisted on doing a $70k deal over text rather than emailing over order form and some information. After I asked 4 times, finally got him to email, but never received email because he typed my info in wrong and never verified. Claims he is a manager, so not getting much for service here.Just received a text from Bo that they sold the truck to someone else. Started questioning me on my profession and accusing me of trying to pay for the entire truck on a CC when it was clearly for a deposit hold. Hopefully owners see this and we get a resolution

Drive 25 miles for oil change. Everyone at dealership is top notch, always get me in and taken care of quickly, Mindy is a great asset to the dealership… then bonus getting an El Reno famous Sid’s onion burger ?

Buying the vehicle was a great and relaxed experience. However, service after the sale has been horrible. Phone calls that don’t get returned and if they do empty promises to follow up and call you back. Now I know why they want you to hurry up and give them a Facebook review before you drive off. Definitely won’t buy here again. Love my vehicle but service afterwards is the selling point for us.
