I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership. I flew to Oklahoma City to purchase a car based on the information provided by the salesperson, and it turned out to be a complete misrepresentation of what I was promised. I wasted over $700 on airfare and a day.
They assured me that the car was in "excellent" condition with no issues so I flew in to Oklahoma City but after just a test drive, I started noticing problems.
The condition of the car was misrepresented, they did not care that I was flying in from a different state to purchase the car and I was planning on driving it back. This dealership is clearly more concerned with making a quick sale than with being honest.
I have learned my lesson on trusting any dealership whether it is family owned or public traded. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was there for 5 hours trying to get a clunking noise to stop. They got my oil changed but never found the clunking noise. Since I had an appointment I thought they would jump right on it. I’m a little disappointed they couldn’t find the problem. I guess I’ll try another Ford dealership. I normally take my car in for service at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, I think that should build a relationship. Maybe I’m wrong but now I’m forced to take my business elsewhere.

Very happy with the F350 King Ranch, Aaron my salesman is very helpful and knowledgeable about Ford vehicles.
Will buy from Diffee again.
The only disappointment was Todd the SM.

Overall service was good. However, it took 6 weeks to get our vehicle back. The only communication from the dealership was initiated by us, not by the service adviser.

Diffie Lincoln in Oklahoma City is a family owned business since 1954.
It’s a whole different experience when you’re dealing with family members versus a random sales person.
I am an out of state buyer, I purchased my 2024 Lincoln Nautilis from them because they had all the specs I wanted on the vehicle and from the first time I spoke with them on the phone until I walked into their newly appointed modern dealership, The experience was pleasurable. They took care of everything.
They have integrity & follow through with a calming demeanor.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the country!

I bought a Lincoln Aviator recently here at Diffee and it is hands down the best car buying experience of my life. The Aviator is great, but the Diffee Team was unbelievable! Other dealerships say they will follow up on things, but Diffee actually does it. They have attention to detail that is lacking at other places. Thank you Chandler, Connor and Tom for a great experience!

Great experience at Diffee. Quick and concise, the process was clear and without hiccup. Stan is the MAN and got us taken care of, even rushing to another dealer to grab the vehicle we needed.
