Idk this other person who left this review but it's absolutely so true. Not a single care for the customer they would rather listen to music with headphones in than help a customer who's been with at&t for 15 years. Go to Yukon they are a real store. This place is a sad sham that will rob you. I'm out 1,000 dollars you don't have to be.

I walked in the store and 2 of your associates greeted me and asked how they could help me. This was at the el reno, ok 73036 store. They were great. I enjoyed my time there, they tried to upsale the iPhone 15, but I got a 14 because my son insisted on the XR which I understand is comparable to a 10. Which is not in production.They also helped me file a claim for my galaxy phone that I had broken the camera lens on. Guess what, I got the phone today. Which is astounding.Thank you to your associates at the el reno store. Im not sure about upgrades, or purchasing iPhones but they made it worth the 40 minute trip to do business. They were considerate, appreciated my business, helped me complete the paperwork for both transactions and were just nice and helpful in general. I hope they get commissions for the work they do.

All I heard from the associate is we don't repair phones when I call about a dead phone issue. Well great but he couldn't or wouldn't offer any solutions to my problem. Thanks for nothing buddy!

I would give 0 stars if possible! My son (17 years old) was hauling cows up around here when his phone started messing up on him. He found the closest store which was this one in El Reno, after buying a new phone Joshua told him they weren’t allowed to touch the customers phone and wouldn’t help him set it up. My son then left there without a working phone and headed home (4 hours away) while no one could reach him to let him know where he was supposed be be reloading cows at. Totally unacceptable service at El Reno AT&T. Do not go there!!

Don't waste your time go to the store @ 2717 SW 29th st OKC instead & talk to Joanna or Veruska...Don't go to El Reno or Yukon...Yukon lied to get me to come here then this store (after confirming Yukon lied) they told me they didn't "want" to use my phone as a trade in even though the website said "any condition" & they seemed inconvenienced just by having to be there... don't want my business? Ok done

This store WAS the best AT&T store, now it’s the worst store ever!! Different managers are there which and employees are not trained at all to communicate all the details of the transactions!! Keep moving down the road to Verizon or anyone else

The employees here spent every available minute on their phones, either gaming or texting, even while assisting customers.They claimed that the wifi was not working, and told me to walk to McDonalds for wifi. I showed them that the floor models were connected, and only then was given the guest password to access my account on line. Their attitude was basically "take it or leave it, we really don't care".Not as if I expect them to be in uniforms, but their choice of worn, raggedy clothes didn't engender any feelings of confidence in their abilities.I have worked with the public for many years, and never would I have allowed such disrespectful conduct.They need to learn that it isn't the customer's fault because they had to crawl out of bed and come to work.Although I eventually accomplished what I needed to get done, it took way too much effort and patience.I would not recommend this particular AT&T store to anyone, and only gave it 2 stars because in spite of their efforts, I was able to accomplish what I had come for.

Unfriendly staff. I needed a new sim because of data problems and they wouldn’t give me one, whatever the reason they should have tried to solve my problem instead of speaking rudely.
