2024 Edit - Why would I have done a 5 star review? Because I worked there at the time? With all the current new car washes happening around town, why isn't this place not shut down. It did poorly in membership sales, and it constantly broke down, i would assume it probably still does since higher ups were constantly getting fired and replaced and nothing got done. Save your self some time and money and just go to the better ones.

I am interested in cancelling my membership.The last few times i visited Zips i was not satisfied with the carwash and the vacuums did not work properly. Today there was very little detergent being sprayed on my car.

Absolutely terrible wash. Guys at the front didn’t spray off the car. The dryer literally left a whole pool of water on the windshield. Save your money and go somewhere else

Paid for a wash then pulled around and was told my tires were too big. The lady said she could not issue me a refund and gave me a 1-800 number to call and got the run around and still have not received a refund. You would think the site manager or somebody would reach out to get this resolved, guess I'll just dispute it on my CC bill. Definitely do not recommend if you have a little bit larger tires on a truck or Jeep.
