Rude, uncaring staff when trying to address cleanliness. Have previously made a complaint. Hate to be a "Karen". I got terrible rashes and had to visit urgent care and take steroids twice due to this trashy place. Trash on floor for extended periods of time. This is what I cleaned off just the floor in a stand up tanner after I rejected the first one due to it being dirty. The next day,go in bumping into a lady coming out because they didn't care to see if it was available,and no paper towels to do my Planet Fitness cleaning job. One time,an employee said hang on and I will clean real quick. When I say quick I mean less than 5 seconds to "clean" a lay down tanner.

just had a good workout between my hair clients at the Edmond location and brought in a salad, pack of tuna, and a protein shake in with me to eat on after my workout and left it in my locker with my keys etc. after my workout I went to grab my things out of the locker and someone stole my shake and pack tuna, I know it wasn't the gyms fault because I didn't put a lock on my locker but I told the guy at the front desk just so he was aware and could keep an eye out. he was very nice and helped turn my experience leaving today to a positive one. I hope whoever got my goods that they needed it more then me

This is the second time this month that the gym is closed due to employees locking keys in gym. This is becoming very frustrating that this keep happening and customers are being turned away.

I've been trying, without success, to downgrade my membership from Black Card to Classic since January. Though the barcode I use to check in reflects the change, the billing does not. I've spoken to two employees and signed off on new paperwork each time. The employee I spoke to back in January said I will be charged at the higher price for one more month--February. The other employee that I spoke to a few days ago said the change will take effect immediately. However, my account still shows that I will be auto-debited for the Black Card level soon. This seems like a no-brainer, so what am I missing?

I've been going here since 2017. Have never had a problem. It's rare I don't see employees cleaning, always greeted when entering and thanked when leaving. They have a lot of machines, treadmills, and TVs. Nice locker room. My favorite gym ever.

The gym is nice and clean. I enjoy going 4-5 times per week. However the tanning bulbs need changing. After using a stand up bed 5 of 7 days at full time you could not tell I had been in it.

‼RIP-OFF‼ My son got a PF membership so he could have access nationwide while driving as a long distance carrier. Unfortunately, MANY of the locations were closed due to COVID-19, so it was a big time FAIL! When he finally returned home, he contacted the Edmond location (where he had enrolled), to cancel the membership. He explained why he had signed-up and why he was canceling. Yet they refused to refund him the annual membership lock-in rate fee(?), which had just been billed. He only had the membership two months!!

This place is very nice and well organized! The lockers are perfect for whatever you need, it is very clean, with sanitizing stations everywhere! Has the best equipment & welcoming employees

Really a nice gym. BUT I had a Point issue when I moved from Edmond to Savannah---I had 521 points saved up and was working hard to get two tee shirts and I'm here trying to see I can reclaim them in Oklahoma----and I was told "sorry"! Nothing they can do---So here's the gist: Perkville runs the points for PF. When I moved and transferred my PF membership they cancelled and EXPIRED my points with NO notice and because every franchise is different, I LOST them ALL and Savannah doesn't do them! Do your due diligence before moving locations and don't lose your points. I'm so sad man. It's not about the merchandise really....it's about what it represented. Earned. Dang. But they could have TRIED to buck up something except "I'm sorry".

The location of this gym is one of my favorite things because of the proximity it is to my dwelling. Inside there is an abundance of machines and televisions, clean locker rooms/gyms, and polite staff. There are only two things that bug me which are minor-ish issues but nothing that would bar me from renewing/coming in. First, one that I consistently see is when someone is done with a machine they walk off. So if they just spent 30 minutes sweating to their jams on an elliptical the member just leaves.....NOT CLEANING IT. I see this everytime I go in. Finally, something that's happened to me on a couple of occasions is while at the 30minute workout station. Let's say I'm on the step station and right as I'm ending to move to the next, someone will walk directly in use the next machine in my rotation forcing me to wait until they're done. I asked once and got the reply "Someone is using the other machine out in the open area, I know there's this one open, and I didn't want to wait". This is more of an inconvenience plus frustration but not a deal breaker. Otherwise, it's a pretty good place to workout.

The best gym I have been to. The staff is friendly and talkative if you want to talk but won't bug you if you don't. It's a wonderful judgment free gym. And the hydro massages are amazing

I went to Planet Fitness On Edmond Road. I was interested in a membership so I drove there to look around and get some info. The staff there had much better things to do then to worry about me as a new customer. One person started to give me a tour then deserted me not to be found. I began to apply for membership and had a simple question. 1 of the members could not answer and the other guy wasn't happy that I was taking up his time. At this point I had all the information I needed and walked out without a membership. I will be find my fitness center else where. I will say this. The facility looked wonderful and had me excited about joining. To bad the staff was horrible

Very clean. Hot shower. Friendly and knowledgeable staff when I visited. I would come back and check out this location again. Not busy during the day. Nice equipment as well so that was good. Appreciate whoever is in charge of this keeping clean and professional in any and all aspects of the business. That's all I really have to say about that

Great gym and great location! I try to visit this location as much as I can but I definitely love how clean and customer service friendly this location is. All the machines work and usually the gym is never that crowded. I will continue to come to this location because of the great customer service but mainly because of the proximity to my house.
