A very nice young man came out to our house and took measurements for a double wall convection oven. This was a month ago and we never heard back from Weathers. The 3 stars are because the young man was very polite but there was no follow up from anyone at Weathers. We’ve moved on and purchased elsewhere.

This is my 3rd purchase with Weathers. I was not as happy this time as in the past. Paid for TV and waited more than 2 weeks for a call about installation. I had to contact them. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call me back, that never happened. When the install crew arrived, we discussed the installation, and it was not what was explained to me by the salesman, and not what I had paid extra for. THANK GOODNESS for Joel and Andy. If it had not been for them, the TV would have gone back. They did a workaround and I am very happy with their work. I did call and speak with the manager to let him know how much they saved the sale. I hope he acknowledges them and their hard work.

Met Jake at our new home being built to discuss a whole house audio system. The meeting went great and Jake promised an estimate within a couple of days. Two weeks later and I have never received my estimate. Called at least five times over the course of the two weeks and talked to Shirley or Damon each time. They both promised they would get it to me, and as of today still no estimate.I don’t understand treating potential customers this way.Sorry guys, you missed out on a huge sale.

Professional salesmanship. Courteous and all questions answered with humor and patience . Prices for appliances I purchased were even with or lower than larger stores. Delivery was right on target!!

After delays from buying a TV from a big brand name store and finding out the TV we purchased was never in stock we had them refund our money. We should have gone to Weather's in the first place. Excellent service & installation. We definitely will be purchasing more TV's in the future. It's always best to shop locally ❤️

Not sure how they stay open. They do not return phone calls so I decide to go in a few days later and no one even spoke to me. I was the only customer in the store! There was someone at the desk area but he did not greet me or say good by as a left. I have purchased many things from them in the past but will have to move on.

My husband and I were recommended to come here for our TV to be repaired after having it for just over a year. We dropped off the TV and were told to pay a small fee of $25 just to see if it was repairable. We were constantly contacting the store to get any updates. Every time we called the repair man was either out of town or they had no answers. They have short store hours so it was near impossible to get ahold of anyone and when we did it was an unfriendly older woman. After two weeks- we were told they knew how to fix our TV and were ordering the part. We were relieved that we weren’t going to have to buy a new TV but were quoted around $200. We agreed on the price and told it would be fixed in about a week.. a week passed we decided to make another phone call to see how things were coming! The older woman answered the phone telling us our TV was a “no go” and that it can not be repaired. We were frustrated because we have waited over 3 weeks for the tech to say our TV could not be repaired. We are very upset with our experience with the communication and the customer service we received.
