me and my roommate came here to get benadryl after she started having an allergic reaction to coconut. Legally you should not have to provide ID for benadryl maybe day quill or other meds but not. benadryl. We were informed by the self check out woman Mai that we would need an ID and she could not buy it. we tried explaining that she could die if not given the medicine in the next 10 mins and this woman LAUGHED at us. We tried asking for a manager and to no avail got nobody. She came by and tried to take the medicine and instead didn't but sent us to wait on our fathers to drive up and bring an ID (even though Mai said ALL of us would need an ID). I spoke to a manager and instead of sympathy or even an OUNCE of understanding we were met with security being called and being told "it doesn't matter she was doing her job". When I left I said "I hope you don't kill someone one day" and the woman laughed again!

I like the prices, but they never have enough cashier's, just like most Wal-Mart's. I use self check-out. Went in today 7/3/24 and I honestly shopped and got out fast. Happy 4th of July to Everyone??

They’re constantly overloaded and rejecting my orders even when I call my bank and I’ve got money in there

They have magic chicken in the deli. It's disguised as "Fried" and placed under the warmers for unsuspecting tired moms and dads that just want to have an instant dinner. Conveniently there's sides to choose, potatoes salad, mac salad or your coleslaw. So why not just just grab and go.
This chicken fried fresh daily will literally turn to powder in your hands and mouth. It's so dry it should be advertised as dehydrated. I couldn't believe my eyes as none of the 17 pieces had no edible meat and plates turned to piles of powder and bones.
That's what I get for not just sucking it up and making it myself.

Product approved for OTC was not counted as OTC at checkout. This happened more than once. No more OTC shopping at Walmart. Walgreens from now on.

The staff here are lazy. I think they get paid to stand in corners. When you need help at the self-checkout, you won't find anyone easily to help you. Even when their app says a product is available in the store, the staff without even checking their inventory would say, if it's not on the shelf it's probably not there.
I think their online order and pickup is better if you want to find something quick and easy and avoid the hassle of walking around the store trying to find something. I would suggest using their app to locate the items you're looking for. It's much easier that way.

Edit: I'll change my review from a 1-star to a 4-star. This location is improved, and I recommend it over the I-35 location now.
Every person that works in the electronics departments seems lazy and uninformed. Recommend the I-35 walmart if you MUST go to one.

It's pretty sad when you got to shop for your groceries then check your own self out and then take them to your vehicle yourself and then you have to carry them in the house and put them up. Need more checkers.
