This review is for the pharmacy not the rest of the store. I went inside to pick up a prescription as the line for the drive through was several cars deep. I was actually greeted fairly promptly but after that things went downhill. As the employee turned to find my prescription he kept talking to the employee behind him that was working the drive through. They were discussing what girls they liked (I assume perhaps fellow coworkers or maybe girls they knew outside of work, doesn't really matter). They would literally stop what they were doing and just start talking about these girls and their dating experience with them. It's like they completely forgot they were at work. Occasionally he would input some information into the computer and then turn back to his coworker at the drive through who was discussing how he just needed relationship advice. Meanwhile the line in the store was beginning to grow. Is was everything I could do to not scream at them to stop talking and please just finish checking me out. I just kept quiet, came home and told my husband of the experience and we will be looking for a new pharmacy. That was absolutely ridiculous. I guess we know why the drive through was so long and never appeared to move.

Zero star Review! Pharmacy has nooooo idea what they are doing! 1/2 filled my prescription saying they didn’t have enough and now refusing to provide the remaining saying state law and admitted the tech didn’t know what they were doing. Clearly, there’s an issue there are multiple bad reviews

I called in a refill and the automatic system said it would be ready Tuesday. I came up on Friday and they showed nothing had been ordered. So I called it in again and this time it was going to be ready Sunday. I tried to call to make sure they received it this time and I was on hold for 47 minutes before I finally gave up. There is ALWAYS a long line inside the store and in the drive through. They need to hire more people in their pharmacy. It is ridiculous!

Cough med ordered by Dr was out of stock…but I never received notice. I waited 2 days & finally had to call to find out. They never offered any help about finding anything else. I have had the flu for a week. Found another Dr to call in a different med. I haven’t been out of bed all week but hopped in my car to go pick it up. 3 cars in each lane of drive thru. I was just pulling up to the window when they shut the window. A lady in the other lane got them to talk on the phone to her. She had a sick kid. They wouldn’t help her either. It wasn’t our fault it was closing time by then. We had been in line for 15 min. Not the first time they have been so unhelpful. I’ve been with this pharmacy 18 years but am moving my business. Would NOT recommend at all!

The 150th and Western location has THE NICEST people working there. There is a gentleman with gray hair and young person with different colored hair every time that never fail to go above and beyond to be kind, polite and professional. Salt of the Earth people. GIVE THEM ALL RAISES!!!

This pharmacy literally never has anyone prescriptions ready. Like the line is always wrapped around the building because of it, I don’t know what they do when they come in the morning but they’re not preparing prescriptions. Because no one should have to wait hours for their medicine it’s ridiculous.

I dread picking up prescriptions, when I walked into today there was no wait inside but no one seemed to acknowledge I was there. Until the man working the drive thru saw me and called out to his coworkers to come and help me. No one came. After he finished with the customer at the drive thru Thomas came to me and was very kind and polite and helped me, when no one else came. Good employees deserve to be recognized. Customer service is a dying art and I greatly appreciate your service today, Thomas!

Asked two employees for assistance to find a product. Standing behind the counter and said it wasn’t coming up on their app. Had it pulled up on mine showing in stock. Neither offered to show me where I could look or remove themselves from behind the counter to help me find it. Horrible customer service.

If there were an opportunity for zero stars regarding this pharmacy, that's what I'd give them. They have repeatedly made errors regarding my prescriptions and then spitefully refused to fill them when my doc called them out on it. Count your pills before you leave.

This is not the first time, but prescription was supposed to be ready at 9am, but when I arrived at 10am they said they were real busy and it would be another hour. This is the worst run Walgreens pharmacy in Oklahoma City. Avoid it if you can. I’m changing my doctor’s information so I will now use CVS. Wish I could rate this one zero stars.

I picked up my son's prescriptions and his insulin was not in the bag. I tried calling, was on hold for 30 minutes and then was hung up on. I'm on hold again for another 15 minutes and counting. What is wrong with the staff here? People depend on their medication to live. My son is 12 and could die if he doesn't get his insulin.The cruelty at all the Walgreens I have been to lately (including this one) is incredible. Is this how a pharmacy is supposed to treat people in need?
