You know Walgreens used to be my go to for everything, but.......every since a certain group of people realized you could buy all the sale stuff online and resale it they clear the shelves out so you can't get anything, for sure not a good deal. I used to wait for certain sales, now I don't even go in there. What's funny is you can go online on FB marketplace and see who's resaleing all this stuff. I just wish they would not allow them to do this, put a cap on any sale item and make them have an account to be able to buy it. I bet there has been a ton of business post because of those people. It Sucks!!!!!

Don't go here. The pharmacy is awful.

I went to pick up a prescription today and was told my insurance wouldn't cover it. When I was told of my cost, I was floored. That is until Brett and Parker stepped in and found a coupon that saved me over $900! They didn't have to help. They could have just watched me drive away. There's only one pharmacy for me from now on.

The pharmacy here sucks. They never have prescriptions filled on time and the staff members appear to be mentally unable to do their jobs. The customer service sucks as well.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! We come to pick up a prescription the tech working says the prescription isn’t ready and it’ll take an hour. Don’t know how it takes an hour to slap a label on a bottle but okay whatever. We come back four hours later to then be told they are all out of said medicine and won’t have any till Monday would have been great to know the first time we came up. Then we ask if they can see if any other pharmacy has the prescription available and apparently that’s to hard for them to figure out. The techs are incompetent and so is the pharmacist don’t recommend ever. This was are main pharmacy we always go to and we always have a shitty experience there.

If I could give zero stars I would do that!! rudest workers, rude pharmacist not sure why these people choose to work with the public. Went to pick up my prescription on friday, in the middle of my transaction, that they could not figure out in their system, they simply said we are going to lunch you will have to come back after that!! Really in the middle of a customer transaction, and all the pharmacist could say is it is the law we all take lunch, their metal shutter went down.... called in this morning to check in advance of going back up to the store was told we are to busy to help you on the phone you will need to come in!! Definitely will be my last prescription with Walgreens!! Shame on you

EDIT: Today they randomly closed at 3pm. My son needs the medication to not pass out from narcolepsy. It supposedly is ready but they closed early with no notice. Since its controlled I cant get any other pharmacy to transfer, even another Walgreens!!! I work 15 hour shifts so I cannot get it tomorrow. The manager said he doesnt care. No more multi thousand dollar scrips to Walgreens. Of course the manager said he doesnt care.
They ran out of my son's essential medication, partially filled it for 5 days worth, charged me for 90 days worth and the automated system won't let me obtain more than 5 days at a time. No one is there to explain why they screwed his medication up and he will end up in the hospital if I don't get this medication. Spend literally thousands and thousands at this pharmacy and they constantly screw things up.

Had yet another bad experience with the Walgreens pharmacy at 2nd and Santa Fe, in Edmond, today. Waited in the drive-thru line, for 30 minutes, after receiving a notification a new med was finally ready after taking nearly all day to fill. The car in front of me took almost 15 minutes to get their business completed. There was a car next to me and a car behind each of us that had also been in line for at least 20 minutes. As I sat waiting for the car in front of me to finish, I noticed a sign taped to the drive thru window that said "closing at 6 today." Of course there was no way to know that in advance! So after waiting ALL DAY for them to slap a label on a bottle, then 30 minutes in line, the shade was pulled down and lights were turned off, and those of us waiting were just "SOL." Usually when people are in line somewhere and the cutoff time is approaching, someone comes out and puts up cones to indicate the end of the line and then completes business for those who sat there waiting - but no, they couldn't be bothered to care about whether or not people needed their medications! This isn't the first time they've closed early. I've also been shorted on pills twice (non controlled) and once on post surgical pain meds, which of course they denied. They've also refused to allow the transfer of a non controlled medication (they claimed was out of stock) because they'd already ordered it, so I just did without for over a week until it came in. One of my prescriptions was filled (at the bottom, so I wouldn't notice immediately) with broken pills. How is one supposed to get the dose correct using those? My doctor was furious! When you question them about it, the pharmacist turns off your refill ability on the Walgreens app in retaliation. The two female pharmacists are on HUGE ego trips and are very spiteful, and YOU will pay for any mistake you call to their attention. They are reckless and UNPROFESSIONAL, and I know for a fact one of them (older blonde) has had multiple complaints filed against her via the pharmacy board. Those two women shouldn't be allowed anywhere near anyone's important medications. WALGREENS needs to do better!

Been using this pharmacy 7 years. Filled my $1 rx. Gave me 10 pills instead of the 90 refill and charged me over $11. Didn't go thru my insurance. Called and was told they made a mistake. Agreed to fix it, then told me they couldn't when I got there.

I’ve been with this Walgreens for over 25 years. (2nd/Santa Fe, Edmond, OK) The last couple years the pharmacy customer
service has declined substantially. They are too busy. Customers are not important anymore. Walgreens policies are not customer friendly. I am done spending money at that store. Will begin looking for a new pharmacy outside of Walgreens.
On a better note, the store (non-pharmacy area) has gotten substantially better! Great customer service, great coupon/rewards program.

Brian in the pharmacy is very professional, polite and was incredibly patient with my scrip provider and me in filling a scrip. I unknowingly provided him with a scrip card with invalid numbers. (I never received a new card in the mail, so I wasn’t aware there were new numbers.) He worked with the scrip provider to get the correct numbers to fill the scrip. Very grateful.
