The drive-through line has not moved for 10 minutes. One single car at the window for over 10 minutes. Not cool! I will go through good RX and have my prescriptions mailed to me. This is ridiculous! And there are two cars in front of me. It should not take over 30 minutes to get a prescription in a drive-through!

Went in for COVID 19 & Flu shots. Despite the pharmacy being super busy we didn't have to wait too long for the shots (less than 10 minutes). Ivana was the pharmacist who gave us the shots and she was really nice and was very good at administering the shots. I'm very happy that Walgreens carries their own brand of many items. They are extremely competitive in price. A huge bag (60) of cough drops compared to 20 or 30 drops in the name brands.

This pharmacy is a joke. Been 5 days trying to get my diabetes medication refilled. Calling every day to ask about it. I run out of it today, so I call, and ask why the hell I haven’t gotten a refill. Turns out they were sending it to the wrong dr, and they told me they didn’t have my dr on file for prescribing it, when I just got off the phone with my after hours service oh yea they did. I hope they know screw up like this can kill people, and that the Walgreens system is messed up. If this was Walmart of all places, after the first day they would have called the dr, to find out about the prescription. Nope this office just phones it in, and doesn’t make sure there isn’t a problem after days and days of sending a request that isn’t getting answered. How stupid do you have to be, when people’s lives are on the line. Either this is a policy of idiocy, or a failure of the employees. Either way this isn’t ok.

Waited an hour after my doctor prescribed me my medicine to show up to pick it up. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes when I got to Walgreens. Waited in the parking lot for 30+ minutes, pulled into the drive thru and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. Is anybody doing anything back there? Awful service when I needed urgent care. Will not be coming back to this pharmacy.

I have never been to such an unprofessional and insensitive pharmacy. They have been out of stock for my medication two months in a row, and never called to give me options or help me. I waited a week to call both times because per the Walgreens app, it says "a pharmacist will reach out to you if needed" when I voiced my concerns about my medication, the tech's response was "well we can't just call every single person about their medications and us not having it." This medication is something I need. The lack of empathy is alarming. I understand they "don't have time to call everyone." But I think a simple call when someone will not be able to get their medication would be beneficial to both parties.

I just had the worst experience with the pharmacy staff. I spoke with Kelsey trying to correct a mistake on their part, she was rude to me on the phone, she cut me off mid sentence twice, when I asked to speak to the manager Travis - instead of an apology or some sort of customer service, he tells me that "he has never heard her being rude before" I am sorry, but that is not how you handle a customer. I have never had this bad of an experience at Walgreens - But 185 E. 33rd. Street location, your staff needs to be trained better, when dealing with people and their medical information.

We’ve been very happy since we moved our meds here ten years ago. They don’t know us but treat us wonderfully and fast.

We have had so many problems here at this location. Their prices are unbelievable even with insurance and we always get the run around. I would highly recommend using RiteScripts on N Santa Fe in Edmond - always quick, efficient and literally saves us hundreds of $s on prescriptions.

There’s not a lot to say. Service is decent, they typically have what you need for quick trips, the store is clean.

I am limited to six prescriptions a month. I asked Walgreens twice to remove a medication from my profile, they chose not to. Even though it was being used to take me off of another medication that I chose to cash pay and stay on the medication that I really didn't need to stop taking abruptly. I, again, chose to wait to see the specialist instead of stopping the medication immediately. Therefore I had to cash pay for it. prescription until seeing the specialist. My PCP sent an order in, and I thought my pharmacy would see those two medications and advise not to take them together, they did not! They refuse to even admit their error. Even if my physicians have not communicated about my treatment the pharmacy should know the risks. I feel that they should have taken responsibility as well as taken care of me. I left this very pharmacy 10 years ago for similar reasons. I'm so disappointed.?

I have been going to the Walgreens at 33rd and Boulevard in Edmond for years, but today is the 1st time I've ever written a review about them. The ladies at the front cashier desk are kind and always say hello when you walk in the door. However, this review is mostly about Makayla in the pharmacy. I have been having problems with my new insurance and she has spent 2 weeks working tirelessly with my insurance company, my doctor's office and Walgreens to get "prior approval" processed in order to get a new prescription filled and covered by my insurance. She has done a wonderful job going above and beyond. I can't even begin to say how grateful I am to her for everything that she did, especially since I was very frustrated and took some of my frustration out on her. But she had a smile each time we spoke and got it all fixed.

The corner of happy and healthy is a great convenience for me as a resident of SE Edmond and who drives past the store multiple times a day going to and from the office and appointments. A special Kudos to the pharmacy staff for all they have had to deal with through this Corona Virus. The head guy their...knows his stuff and gives great advice.

Your packages are not safe here. The staff takes no responsibility or accountability if your package is missing. They ask you to contact the FedEx and basically wash their hands off. I had a package that was ready for pick up today from this location and they basically said that they don’t have the package And don’t know when it’s going to be delivered. There is one specific person a female who is always very rude and have a attitude of not wanting to help. I just hope that I find my package and she gets a training on how to talk with customers.
