Hire more pharmacists. The wait is always over 15 minutes inside or at the drive thru! It’s ridiculous!

Don't go to this location at night unless you want to be stared down by the workers, particularly Luke. I was made to feel so uncomfortable while shopping I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Luke took it upon himself to follow me (34f Native American) around at 930 pm up and down two aisles after popping up behind me asking if I needed assistance as I was bent over picking at item up from the low shelf, which startled me. After saying I didn't need assistance he continued to flank me in the aisle even when I expressed my discomfort in being startled then was still followed when I stated I didn't need any assistance and stared at by Luke then another young coworker joined him. I felt extremely uncomfortably as a female, and his antics were extremely unprofessional & actually made made me very uncomfortable. I'm confused because I frequent this location and the workers are usually very chill and respectful. TL;DR: Went to Walgreens for snacks and got disrespected by the great value xxxtentacion without the ink.

This is just a runrate Walgreens.I'd give location a 1-star for pharmacy and 3-star for shopping. Thus the 2.Alllll significant pharmacy issues I've had in the last 5 years involved this Walgreens. And really only involved 1 specific, incompetent pharmacist. I am not naming any specific employees, but if you see issues, ask who's on from a pharmacist perspective. If you see a pattern....So assuming that gets resolved I'd bump them up.

I have used this Walgreens for years and it's been amazing with zero issues. The past few months have not been so good. They are not consistent with policies. I needed to pick up my meds in the drive because I had my kids and dogs with me and they refused to help me because I needed to switch my insurance cards. She said I had to come inside because we don't do insurance in the drive thru and she said we close in 12 minutes. I'm almost ready to switch to a different pharmacy if they don't get better.

Good grief...why does Walgreens pharmacy allow people to stay in line blocking the flow of traffic for over 20 minutes!!! Theres no way they are just picking up or dropping off. Please call ahead of time and take care of business before you sit and tie up an entire lane! The lady working the window however was super nice and very efficient!

Went to get tested for COVID-19 through the drive thru and everyone was okay. I didn’t receive my test results within the two hours that they told me I would, in fact, I didn’t receive my test results at all. When I called, I was hung up on three times when I asked to speak to the pharmacy.

This is the busiest pharmacy in Oklahoma. They struggle on a daily basis because Walgreens (the company) refuses to higher more people. Even though they know it's the busiest pharmacy. It's not the pharmacy's fault that they are short staffed during a pandemic. People are so rude to them everyday when they are just trying to do their jobs. It's hard to work and be nice when people are extremely rude to you everyday. Next time think before being mean to them.

Why even offer Express Pay? The staff never really lets you go first. Not that I enjoy cutting, but my stuff is 100% paid for, and I have no questions. So why is someone who has 8 unpaid prescriptions and an argument on the ready going before me? When a second cashier came up and asked for the next person in line, I said, "I'm next, and I'm Express." Mind you, cutter #2 was really starting to yell at cashier #1 at this point. My cashier then has this attitude when I pull up my app to get her the code. How DARE I have to close the window THEY had linked in their text in order to go back and get the code? "Well, you're not ready, so sorry, but you'll have to step aside and make..." She didn't finish because I had pulled up the code at this point. Her tone was anything but sorry. This was required on all three of my prepaid prescriptions. It's not my fault their app is stupid. The whole time she's pursing her lips and shifting her weight back and forth and raising her eyebrows and acting like my taking advantage of THEIR service is somehow a personal affront against HER. I've been using this Walgreens since they opened. The pharmacist is amazing and is very available for her customers. She's the only reason I've stuck around this long. But the staff sucks. They're rude and curt. Not just this time but EVERY time. I'm medically complicated and buy a LOT of meds. I have quite a lot of experience with them. I have recently begun using a mail order service on as much as I can and am now considering transferring my controlled meds to CVS. Their hours aren't as convenient, but their customer service is top-notch. They're faster, too. Walgreens is definitely better than Walmart in terms of efficiency and customer service, but both pale in comparison to CVS and Ralph's. For my money, I've decided this Walgreens is just not worth it.

Extremely rude employees who can't speak English. Be prepared to argue with the pharmacist about everything.

This place has the worst Pharmacy. The line for the drive through is always backed up because one lane is open and the other has a basket blocking it. Tonight we pulled in about 7:00 and the lights were on but there was a sign that said they’re wasn’t a pharmacist on duty. Someone needs to open a CVS across the street. Walgreens needs some competition to wake up and give a better customer experience.

We have had a lot of trouble getting prescriptions filled promptly at this location over the last several months. The actual fill time is about 3-4 hours later than the estimated pickup time on the app.

Sorriest pharmacy I have ever experienced in my 81 years. Whatever you do, go somewhere else!

I went through the drive through pharmacy, and they were exceptionally rude! When my prescription was super expensive, I found a better rate than my insurance through GoodRx. At Walmart, they apply the better of the two automatically. I asked about applying the GoodRx rate instead, and the clerk? Technician? told me I would have to come inside because I’m “holding up the line and he can’t hold up other people while I sit there in my car and try to find coupons.” I get what he’s saying, but it was an incredibly rude and offensive way to express that to a customer. I already had it pulled up on my phone at any rate, after waiting at the window for at least 5 minutes before being attended to. I won’t ever go again, even though it’s closest to where I live!

Is there a long line here sometimes ? Absolutely. However, the pharmacy is efficient, thorough, and offer great customer service. They are busy because they are serving a HUGE population. It’s the closest pharmacy to the massive number of homes past Covell. I try to go in the am and avoid the lines.
