Called to make an appointment regarding a low beam light that went out since that's not one you can change by yourself. I was told by the technician and other service people that it would only take them between 30 minutes to an hour to get fixed- which worked great for me. At this point, I have been waiting OVER 2 hours for my car. I have been asking for updates which they refuse to go back and actually ask what is happening. They just tell me some bs time period. I just finally asked someone else and they informed me that their equipment went out so they have been needing to get that fixed. Why keep taking in appointments if your equipment isn't even working? I was the second person of the day here and now my car is holding up everyone else. Remind you I was just here to change a light. I would have just rescheduled until they could fix their equipment problem. Dropping off my car is unfortunately not an option for me. I will be checking out the other VW in OKC to see if that one is any better. If not, I will be driving 8 hours back to my home state for all things regarding VW if this is how the operate here. Very unfortunate because I was excited to finally have a VW down the street from me. Edit: got my car after 3 hours of waiting. It took them less than an hour to actually fix my light. Overheard another conversation and they don't offer anyone a courtesy car or a lift/Uber service. Most VW do, so it's surprising that this one doesn't. I would recommend either having a whole day planned around a service if you decide to come here and be dropped off or just find somewhere else that can do it.

NEVER have your car serviced at this dealership. Horrible service! You get the run around and they ignore your phone calls.

We bought a certified preowned Jetta and had a great sales experience. The car needed piston work several months later, which was warranty covered, and plugs and coils, not covered. The problem was that it took a full week for them to even look at the car. We made the repairs and everything was fine. Then the water pump went out. Called to see if it was covered. The answer was "maybe", but they had to look at it to know for sure. He also said it would be 3 weeks before they would even look at it and it might take another 2-3 weeks to fix. AAA is going to have it fixed by tomorrow. The greatest warranty and service in the world is no good if they are too busy to use. Since AAA will be fixing it in 24 hours, I don't think this is a parts problem. To sum up, the dealer is great on sales day, but don't hold your breath for service.

Bought a car from Isaac in OKC and I live in Tulsa. Very responsive and upfront about everything. Got exactly as promised and we love our new R-Line Black Tiguan! No high sales pressure while signing to add more items. Will definitely do business with them again!

Do not trust this place. My husband and I brought our vehicle here to be serviced. We thought our car would be in good hands due to our car being a Volkswagen, and taking it to a Volkswagen dealership. The check engine light, and transmission light came on. At first they were very kind, we have also always brought our car here to have the oil changed. We were very pleased with them in the past. Something has changed. They told us they would run a diagnostic, and get back with us. After the diagnostic was complete they told us that it would be $1,578.90. They sent a whole report to our cell phone via text with the invoice, and charges. They told us that our car would be done probably middle of the week the following week, and would call us when it was ready for pick up. A few days later they call to tell us a price of over $2,300. We were confused, because we were originally told $1,578.90. They were like, "oh, what did we quote you originally?" We told them, and they basically said okay, we will charge you that, and you can come pick it up in the morning. We went to pick it up the next morning. We make it maybe a block, and the check engine light comes on again. So, we turn around, and take it back in. Blythe the service desk associate told us that this happens. "This could be the sensor being moved due to them power washing it". We wait, and they do something to turn off the light, and tell us it should be fixed now. So, we take off again. We don't even get to the highway, and it happens again. So, I call them to let them know. Blythe told us we can come back in to have it looked at again, and they could plug it into something to see what is wrong. After we take it back the second time, Blythe comes to tell us it is the sensor issue again, and to try again, but if it happens again to bring it back. Well we left and it happened again. For a third time. We never even made it home after we paid for our repairs, because 3 times we tried to go back home our light kept popping back on. The third time she reports that they will have to run a diagnostics test again which would be free of charge. She proceeds to inform us that they told her it was a new code. So, something new that didn't pop up before. She tells us we would have to leave the car over the weekend, and they would call us first thing Monday to let us know what is wrong. Monday we never get a call. I call towards the end of the day to follow up. I talk to Blythe again. She tells me that they have not had time to look at the car yet, but she was kind enough offer a loaner. On Monday after work we went to get the loaner car. Blythe tells us that they should get with us tomorrow. On Tuesday we don't get a call, we get a text message with a new quote for a $909.79. I call to request if I can talk to someone to explain the bill to me. I am not sure if it was Blythe, but I talked with a woman. I asked her why did this problem not show up on the previous diagnostic they ran. She proceeded to inform me that each time they plug it in, it can show a different problem. She put me on hold about 3-4 times. I asked her if this is something that we can fix later, due to us not being able to afford this. She told me that the mechanic told her that this needs to be fixed, or the car is basically undrivable. She ended the conversation by telling us that the manager would have to call us back later that he would have to "look more into our car". The manager I am assuming his name is Robert called my husband back yesterday at the end of the day. He didn't let my husband speak or even ask questions. He just kept telling my husband, "it's nothing we've done" "the light came on after your initial repair" Our light came on 3 times trying to drive our vehicle home. We do not know how this is our fault. We paid for a service, and now have another repair that needs to be done? Nobody can explain anything to us. This is very sketchy, and very unprofessional.

Service manager is awesome! Robert goes above and beyond to accommodate individuals needs. The service advisor Maigen is so smart, kind, and thoughtful of each customer. I love the service department!

I made an appointment online for noon for a simple oil change . I dropped my car off at 11:30am and then left to run some errands. I live 2 hours outside of OKC so I try to make the most of my trips up there. I go and run my errands, and 2 hours later I return to check the status of my car only to be told that it hadn't even been serviced yet and that "in-house guests" take priority over those who leave. So what was even the point of making the appointment online if it wasnt even going to be honored..?

I called last week to schedule for a Saturday appointment due to working during the week to have them inspect my backup camera glitching. Over the phone I provided my number, email address, and issue and we agreed on Saturday at 12pm. I arrive at the location today (Saturday) and the service rep advised me that they tried to call me about them needing to cancel my appointment because they don't do diagnostics on Saturdays, however they didn't have my phone number. I provided them my number upon appointment scheduling and they even had my email on file because I received an appointment reminder. I drove 45 minutes to this location and thankfully had to have my system software updated due to an EMC issue. I asked her to go ahead and do the update which the service lady stated would be only an hour of work. I asked for a loaner but they don't do this for appointments under 3 hours. No worries, I thought... she even offered me a complimentary Lyft. I declined and got my own Uber to eat. I came back two hours later to pick up my car because she never collected my number when I left the keys with her even though she said they didn't have my number. She told me they have not even started on it and have one more car ahead of me. She then stated it would be another 30min-1 hour. So here I have spent 45 min driving here, 2 hours waiting and now 45 minutes home with no work done to my car other than taking it to the back and bringing it back to me. Poor experience and I will take my car to the Oklahoma City Volkswagen going forward.

Absolutely THE worst experience I've had with getting my vehicle serviced/repaired. I bought two cars when they were VW of Edmond, but I would drive to Tulsa before I would buy a car from these people because their service department is so horrible. I really wish I had read the Yelp reviews first. I don't usually lose my temper with customer service folks, but today was too much. They put you on hold forever and if you leave a message, they don't return your call, nor do they call back when they say they will. I took my car in for an oil change, a brake flush and some warranty repairs that I was told would take a day or two, and now four days later I'm being told they won't have my car ready until next week. I get the sense that they're completely overwhelmed by VW recalls, but gimme a break. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I never leave reviews, so hopefully this tells you how awful my experience was. I normally use the Volkswagen service department that is right by my house in NW OKC, but after a few negative experiences there, I decided to give Allen Samuels a shot for a repair I needed. I should have stayed where I was at. Scheduled an appointment online and dropped my car off at 4:30pm on a Thursday. Was told they would get into it the next day and let me know what the issue is as soon as they can. FOUR DAYS go by and I still hear nothing. I try calling that morning and I was told there were a few people in the lobby waiting to talk to the advisor and he would call me back when he got done with those customers. Hours go by and I don't hear anything. I try texting the number I was told to text with any questions... still no response. I call again to see if my info was just missed and I was told the advisor was at lunch (at 3pm) and he had a list of 10 people he had to call back so I just needed to wait. Didn't hear anything the rest of the day. Texted again the next morning with no response. Called AGAIN at about 10am asking to speak to the advisor and they say he isn't even there that day, but I could speak to someone else. I say yes, I literally just want an update on my car that I dropped off 5 days ago. After having to do some digging, he finally tells me what the problem is and that it's not covered under warranty. That's fine, I understand, but then he says it's going to be $2K to fix what I brought the car in for. I knew it might be pricey but that seemed a bit steep. I say I can't afford that right now so I just need to come get my car. He said I could get it that afternoon. The ONLY piece of communication that I ended up receiving from them was a text saying that my car is ready to pick up around 1pm. I show up maybe an hour later. The advisor is on the phone with someone who seems to be having the same experience as me and is very frustrated on the lack of communication that we are receiving, so I'm not the only one. Anyways, I ask for a breakdown of what they were going to fix on my car. What I requested to be fixed was only $1k of the original pricing he told me. There was an extra $1k of services that I never asked for, and if I wouldn't have asked for the breakdown, they never would have told me they were doing all this extra stuff (windshield wiper replacement, air filter change, etc) that I didn't need. I decline the service and he hands me my key and says my car is on the side of the building. I go outside and it's not there. Walk back in, tell him I don't see it and he is visibly confused. Calls in a mechanic to FIND MY CAR. For about 20 minutes I see the mechanic just roaming the parking lot while throwing his hands up in the air obviously not knowing where my car is. I'm assured by the advisor that the mechanic is bringing it around. Another 10 minutes go by and they still don't have my car. He THEN tells me my battery is dead and they have to jump it. FINALLY my car is pulled around. The guy says I need to keep it running for 30 minutes to charge it. I get in, close the door, and my glove box is all over the passenger side floor with the air filter just sitting there on the floor. I go back in and ask why it's torn apart and the mechanic said "he didn't notice that" as he was pulling it around. I honestly have no idea if he even put it back together the right way. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with a business and it simply could have been redeemed with even just a shred of communication. They're obviously understaffed and taking on more work than they can handle. I felt bad for the admin that kept answering my calls because there was nothing she could do to answer my questions and I was obviously getting very frustrated. Already talked to a different mechanic that is charging me less than half of what I was quoted here. Also, they called me back within 20 minutes of me asking if they could fix m

Been there three times and all three times disaster, talking about service. Will not go back. Only reason I give them one star is because you can't give them zero.

Sales staff were amazing and friendly. Service staff were condescending, unhelpful and inhospitable in my previous 3 experiences there. I drive WAY out of my way to take my VW elsewhere, even though I office a mile or two away from this location.

Service department:I'm not sure what to think. I followed my favorite service tech from another dealership to this one. I got a $10,000 (yes, 4 zeroes) quote to fix my old VW. I can purchase a working, running, vehicle for $2,000. I guess if I weren't on SSDI, that $10,000 quote might have convinced me to purchase a new car. I have to wonder if that was the goal. Instead, I got a second opinion about the noise my car was making. My undercarriage was broken & dragging, and my friend removed it and then no more concerning noise. No, my car isn't Daytona500 ready, but I can still drive it without coming up with $10,000 to "fix" it.Sales department:As far as sales departments go, I did talk to a sales person while I waited. Papa Faye was very nice, professional, and helpful, and I'd welcome his help in choosing my next vehicle if I thought I would ever be able to afford another one.
