Went in for a minor issue and "Brandon" was very patient walking me through how he fixed it. In addition, he and the team were super helpful in getting me get a hassle free, hands-free appliance. What I liked is nobody tried to up-sell me. Not to mention - with Edmond traffic - easy in n' easy out.
Most definitely recommend this store.

What a great Verizon store! Recently stopped by to check on my account and Josh helped me initially and then Nic to assist me with changing my internet, new phone and an update on my services. They were outstanding with their knowledge, suggestions and especially patience! I could not have had a better experience and saved money, as well, than with Nic and Josh. Hunter was helpful, also. Verizon will continue to be my first choice because of this customer service staff team! Thank you, Verizon.

I went to the store for a quick question and found out from Cody Hahn about a great opportunity to save money and get the new phone I wanted. Cody was so helpful, patient, and kind in helping me make a good decision. We even shared photos of our cats with each other!
