“Firstly, at this shop, Ella is freaking awesome with her customer service skills and is a great addition to this location! Kure is the only shop I go to for everything I need. Their juice is always spot on, and even when I get brave and try a new flavor and regret it they swap it out for my usual flavor for free with no hassle at all. I accidentally washed my mod once, and they offered to swap it out as well! Unfortunately, I had thrown it away already dang it, but they never disappoint and always remind me why this is the only place I’ll ever go. Keep it up!”

“They always have a great selection, are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful!!I was up there a little after 12:00 on Saturday, I forget the two guys names that were working there but they are always so helpful, courteous and kind! They will always handle and help any problems you may come across and they just always try and do their best for everyone up there! Their recommendations are legit, they understand their flavors, proper coils for how you want to run your Vape things like that. So while there are lots of great vape stores around them, they're also a lot of ones that are not worth wasting your time on. This one is definitely worth your time, very helpful over the phone in person, the whole nine yards!Reasonable and competitive pricing as well!”
