I live in Europe and had to clear my mom's house, so I had to rent a temperature controlled unit. They give a military discount, and was a good value for the money. I know my things will be there when we return with the secure gate to enter AND leave. If I have any problems, the friendly staff resolve them quickly. I priced several units in the area, and I am very pleased I was able to find this place plus I have peace of mind that they will take care of my belongings!

Still renting from them and I am still very pleased! Cynthia and Ronnie answer all my questions in a timely manner, my storage unit is clean and big free, and all items are the same as when we first put them in storage.
Highly recommend!!

The customer service here is awesome- Cynthia is so helpful and kind. She helped me upgrade my storage unit size on Labor Day weekend and went above and beyond on getting me a bigger unit and giving me time to move in. I would definitely recommend global due to her and her staff.
