I can see why this location has so many 1-star reviews. I've had two experiences at this UPS store. The first one was okay, but not awesome. I always figure everyone deserves a second chance so when I had some bulky letters to mail, I made my way back here. BOTH staff members were quite rude when I was trying to figure out how many stamps to put on an envelope, only repeating to me "I dont work for the post office, I don't know how many stamps you need" with as much energy, politeness and customer service as an automated robot. There was zero effort at all to help me get my letters mailed. I ended up at the post office. Wouldn't recommend, go somewhere else, there are many shippers in this area who I'm sure would APPRECIATE your business more than this one.

Every time I go in here Deveion Anderson makes me feel like a regular. He greets every person that walks in like they’re old friends and provides stellar customer service. This kind of employee is hard to find these days; and I will continue bringing my business here before of him and all the friendly staff. I have had a great experience every time I have used this store.

Deveion has assisted me on several occasions at this location, and each time I see him working he is extremely friendly and has EXCELLENT customer service skills. On several occasions I have seen him go above and beyond for customers including, but not limited to myself!My most recent visit was on 1/17/24, and Kelsee was also very friendly and helpful when Deveion was assisting another customer!

This is the first time I’ve ever had a good experience at a UPS. I came in with Amazon returns, and the young man working behind the counter, walked me through how to do the entire thing and was just such a blessing. Give that man a raise!

The employers at this location are the best! They are extremely helpful and patient. I had about a dozen Amazon returns, most with different return QR codes, and they went out of their way to help me bring everything into the store, explain why I needed to provide boxes for the returns and why different items needed to be boxed together.

I am constantly sending packages to UPS and USPS. A package of mine accident got left here when it was meant for USPS. They claim that USPS picks up packages "daily." Then it magically disappears! When I track the package, it shows USPS has not received it. It is very odd to me that it is gone, so either it was stolen by an employee or it is on a UPS truck, which they claim would never happen. Anyways, this location is extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend them.
