Always a little afraid of this location due to the very rude manager but today will be the last time I will brave this location again. He rudely told me that they couldn't accept my boxed up amazon returns and that they all had to be in one box. That is absolutely not true as stated on Amazon's webside and the multiple other times I've returned items from Amazon.Amazon Returns:You can also take your returns to The UPS Store. This location is almost always busy so I expect a line. So many people come in here with different situations and needs. There is a gal there that I always does a good job for me.

We have been a customer here for years. We have a box here and we always have our mail delivered and we have always found the owner and employees to be friendly and helpful. Over the years, We have shipped many things here and had many things mailed to us here over the years. All mail has been sent and delivered in a timely matter as promised. Highly recommend.

Manager was unwilling to receive 25 packages prepaid for delivery due to not enough space when the store had tons of space. Terrible service, lacks customer forward approach, and didn't care that we utilize UPS to ship 1000+ parcels per year.

Worst UPS store in town. The two employee's working the morning shift (said they were managers) couldn't be any less informed or helpful. Do better!

I have gone there for years with no issues - the employees have never been overly friendly but also not rude. This last time however the elderly man (I assume he’s the owner) tried to charge me $4 for packaging for an Amazon return that was already in its original packaging and should have thus been accepted the way it was. When I asked why, the owner acted very annoyed and dismissive towards me - in front of another customer. I left almost in tears, it was a horrible experience.I then went to the store on Danforth; they were very friendly there and took care of my return - without fraudulently charging me money!I will never return to this store. They should learn not to treat customers like a nuisance, since customers are who keep this business going.

I live in Oklahoma City and I drive past 2 UPS stores with rude staff to give my business to this store. I have found this store to be consistently honorable.

I’ve had a mailbox with this store and shipped many packages here for 20+ years. The owner and his employees have always been helpful, friendly, and patiently explained all charges. The location is convenient as are the operating hours.

I believe the manager of the UPS store on 2nd Street to be a dishonest businessman. My wife made a purchase at the store. When she realized the amount charged to her credit card, she told the clerk that she didn’t want to pay their ridiculous high price. The manager said all sales are final-no refunds and refused to discuss the matter. She and I left the store and left the merchandise on the counter. We will of course dispute the charge with our credit card company. Obviously, this UPS store is not a good place to do business.

I ship hundreds of pounds through this store and have found the service to be great. Due to space constraints, the owner and I were happy to come up with a solution that took the burden off of him and ensured I could bring as many boxes as I wanted to ship.
