Save yourself the headache and go to fedex or the other UPS in town. The owner/manager here is a real grinch and difficult to deal with.

I have used this store frequently for several years, including shipping internationally. They are always very knowledgeable and friendly, and this is my go-to place for shipping anything.

The owner is super rude. I used to go here regularly but got tired of being treated like a second rate citizens just because I have things to return to Amazon. They also charge obscene amounts for boxes and tape, should you be in need.

We often go to this store and we’ve always had good service. Yesterday, I got to their doors after they’d closed, walked back to my car disappointed, but as I was going back into my car, they opened the doors and invited me in. They were finishing up with a last customer, their printers and PC were off, but everything was turned back on to help me. They thought it was a simple drop off, I can tell, it took much longer, I did not leave for another 20 minutes, but they were professional and truly pleasant. Bravo!

This UPS store is very conveniently located, easy to run by when doing errands, but what I love the most is the efficiency. They have multiple people working, I never have to wait long, and if I am confused on return instructions, they are very informative and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location! I’ve been going to them for years.

The staff is always rude. God forbid we ask any doubt about our stuff.
This is not my experience from once, This has happened everytime I visited.
I feel like all the staff need to check their attitude especially towards international people.

This location needs to work on customer service. I had an issue with an Amazon return and they wanted me to pay for a box. I went down the street to another UPS store and they handled it without any issues and I didn’t need to purchase a box.

Would avoid this location if at all possible. The owner is extremely rude and tries his hardest to inconvenience every customer. Never mind or helpful.
You’d think for a store whose purpose is to ship packages, they would be willing to assist you with PRE-PAID label boxes. All I needed was to get my 3 boxes scanned and dropped off. Yet, they over complicated it and told me they wouldn’t accept my boxes. Had to go to the 33rd location because 3 of the Lowe’s 16x12x12 boxes were “too big”.
This store is entirely unprofessional and unprepared. I hate leaving bad reviews, but i’m genuinely confused on why a shipping store hates and refuses to ship boxes?

Always a little afraid of this location due to the very rude manager but today will be the last time I will brave this location again. He rudely told me that they couldn't accept my boxed up amazon returns and that they all had to be in one box. That is absolutely not true as stated on Amazon's webside and the multiple other times I've returned items from Amazon.Amazon Returns:You can also take your returns to The UPS Store.
