Hands down the best printing customer service. The staff are willing to establish a relationship with repeat clients and are always so very friendly and professional with their help. The quality of work has always been top notch, down to receiving error catches for me and making the edits themselves—when that’s not their job. They go above and beyond, and I am so grateful for this team!

We're the most ignorant people you could imagine. Was Wed afternoon July 31. At 3 25 pm. Owner you may want to check your video cameras to see how ignorant this women was. The a second one jumped in all because i sat down No where to sit. No chairs I sat down and the older lady went ballistic. Now she just flipped me the bird.

Used to love going to this location to make my returns or ship items from here. Always dealt with super friendly employees. A few months ago they got an Amazon kiosk for returns and now they only want you to use that. I had MAJOR issues the first time I used it and Olga stood near me like a drill sergeant barking out orders of how to work it but never once helped me. Then when they started getting busy, she moved to the counter and received those Amazon returns for customers but left me hanging. No biggie, I just won't use the kiosk anymore, I'd rather wait in line for the next human to help me. Fast forward to today and she yelled when I came in, "if you have an Amazon return, you need to use the kiosk! We are too busy with shipping to accept any Amazon returns!" (they only had 1 person at the counter when
I walked in)The employee that came to the counter to help me looked not too busy to take my money for shipping an item out but the minute he started to help me with my return she told him no, she needs to use the kiosk. If you don't want to take Amazon packages, that's fine, take yourself off the list to receive packages and we will all go elsewhere, that includes for shipping out our other packages as well.
