Could be a little better on customer service. Wanted to get my daughters ear pierced but got some lame excuse as to why they couldn't help due to 4 people calling out. It's still a business and I really don't feel it's excuse not to help people

I won’t be returning to this Ulta. Every time I asked for help for just a quick question the store associate made me feel like an idiot and kept telling me “ this is a small store we can’t carry EVERY brand” a simple I’m sorry we don’t have that here would have been great. The other associate that I asked about a hair product acted as if I was bothering her completely and kept asking if my hair gets greasy and when I said no kept looking at me like I don’t know my own hair. If you don’t look a certain way they have no desire to help you. Will definitely go to Sephora from now on.

Paola has great customer service, I went in with my cousin she helped my cousin find a lipstick & she shade matched me so polite & patient! When I asked her if she recommended Carolina Herrera she recommended me blush by Carolina Herrera

No help and very cluttered with products on roller shelves in the walking space. It took me 30 minutes to find the product I was looking for.

Amazing service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and allowed to be on my merry way. I did end up asking for help and Paula was so kind and helpful! She didn't make me feel silly or weird for asking about my makeup. My visit was short but it genuinely felt fun! For sure would go back to this location. Shoutout to Paula!

I am in the store regularly. Finally had the courage to make an appointment, with Dre, in the salon. Huge step for me, because of my natural curls, I haven't allowed anyone to cut my hair in years. He was great! Knew exactly what I was needing. I am very pleased with how it looks and feels! You are amazing! Thank you, Dre!

Employees group up to chat while playing on their phones. No one is available for the perfume department. Store should reduce the staff by half.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They don’t greet brown people coming into the store.! I wasn’t greeted coming in/ leaving… or asked if I needed help. Same thing happened to my boyfriend once, when he came in to grab a few things for me! I will not be spending my hard earned money at this location anymore! The cashier also made me wait for about 5 minutes while she watched another cashier chat & gossip meanwhile there was a long line! The lady was very rude, poor customer service! Or maybe she simply doesn’t like my kind!? I wish I knew her name to expose the behavior! Just be aware and mindful of spending money at this location!
