We’ve been at Edmond North Storage for two years. It’s safe, clean and managed well. They answer the phone professionally and are helpful every time. My favorite part is the security gate that has to be used to enter or exit!

I had a perfect experience. It was incredibly easy to create and use my own gate code, the facility itself is very clean and well kept and a convenient online payment portal. Overall, it's hard to imagine a more seamless operation. I can't recommend them enough if you're in the market for a storage unit in the surrounding area.

I was impressed at first. Nice people. Clean facility. Then while under contract at a price, they raised my rent considerably. With out notice, and zero upgrades to the facility. So as from here out, Will never give out there number for business. Bad business. Terrible. Even asked for copy of lease to see where they could raise rent. Never even got a response. Terrible!

I moved from a facility that was inconvenient for me and was raising fees every few months, stating it was because of low occupancy. I understand why……Edmond North is convenient and close to my home and easy access. I feel it is also a more secure facility.

I’ve had a storage unit here for several years and never had any problems. Easy to get in contact with staff. They check the locks on the units, ensuring they are properly locked. The other day I locked the unit in the open position, and was very quickly contacted and advised of the issue. I appreciate the care they put in to ensuring your items are safe.
