“We've been going to Pop for 15 years now. If there is one word I would use to describe him is that he is "honest." He will fix what is truly needed, not what the stealership says you need. And the work is always problem free and reasonably priced. What has worked best for me is to schedule with him in advance and be prepared to drop your car off for the day (or work out with him whether he can do a quick enough turnaround such that you can wait).”
“Thank you for all the staff working on my Envoy, I was able to get in within a day and a half, by am the problem was found. Part ordered and problem fixed, this is the way I like it They sent updated texts, as well as a phone call to inform of problem and cost. Vehicle is left clean , I liked that. This location is convenient for me , I can always walk after dropping off and going to pick up. Thank you, Donna”
“I was having trouble with my car not starting after charge, would start then not! I called Daniel to see what he thought and he said probably bad battery! I got car started and he said he could have battery there in about 15 minutes so by the time I drove there, my battery was there within a few minutes and installed and I was on my way!! Always excellent service and recommend them! Everyone always so friendly and care about giving good service!! Would recommend to anyone Automotive MD as I have to friends and family!!”
“Rick and all the other technicians are outstanding at their jobs and very professional as far as customer service goes. They diagnose and treat properly without gouging or claiming good parts need to be replaced just to like labor costs. Very honest fellas”
“My 06 Winnebago/Sprinter View transmission failed all of sudden at 88k miles. I was stranded in Louisiana. So I read up on my options, saw some good reviews on Sprinter forum, and contacted Silverstar. They answered all my questions. So I ordered their rebuilt trans for $2500. (Mercedes remanufactured was quoted at about $6400) Something went wrong on the install and a threaded connection on the bellhousing that holds the cooling line failed. That ruined the trans. Unbelievable. Then came the finger-pointing between dealer and Silverstar. Now I was on day 14 in a hotel, absolutely raring to get back on the open road but still stuck. Then I got an email from Silverstar saying, "My friend, you're between a rock and a hard place. That's why we're sending a warranty transmission.". Huge relief. It shipped right away. In all likelihood the problem happened at the dealership and it wasn't a faulty unit, but Silverstar stood behind their product -- as they promised up front. All's well 1000 miles later -- Thank you Silverstar!!!”
“Joe is really great got my truck in and got my transmission rebuilt and he was really helpful with everything highly recommending five starsService: Transmission”
“Fixed the unknown problem I had. Michael kept me up to date on problems they came across and went over options. I will definitely be bringing her back for the upcoming factory maintenance and she'll be like new.”
“Very pleased with price of repair and associated service. We were kept what needed to be done and its estimated cost as well as when it might be finished. We are very happy and will be letting Aamco repair the transmission in our Jeep Patriot.”
“This is my first time using Christian Brothers. Thus far I have had a positive experience. Thorough courtesy check performed by Chris and written upon by Brandon, received courtesy ride to the park. Michael, my driver, was friendly. Weston at the front desk was patient and professional. Brandon spent time talking on the phone with me, was upfront about time of potential labor and costs, about what is critical and what is not. He was also understanding about finances and what would be worth it to me as the customer given my needs and the condition of the car. The work inspected and discussed involved oil leaks/a transmission leak as well as low coolant level and an exhaust leak. We have a 2001 Honda accord nearing 200k miles. Received a good experience thus far as well as free coffee. I may update later after becoming more experienced with the company. I was at the East Edmond 2nd street location.”
