I have been here before and it was a good experience. I fought to get the script sent to them instead of McBride. What a mistake. Totally incompetent people. I wasted time (45 mins) , gas, and sanity driving from Will Rodgers airport to get there. Called and talked about rescheduling, and they said come, that someone had cancelled it would be okay. Then seeing I was still fighting traffic called again because I didn't want to fight traffic for 6 mins to get there and then reschedule. Its fine come. Then they called me and said where are you we need to reschedule. Good grief!!!! I had been patient to that point. No consideration for what the customer experience is, and the stress on the customer side, and reason for being there as in health problems and pain. I should have known. Had problems a year before trying to get copies of report and disk.... Ugh

Hey guys. You need to check this place out. Been there many times. Pricing is about half the price, they take most insurances, easy in and out, one story, up front parking, and nice people!

If I could give a -10 I would have Billing practices are nothing short of BS! They turn you over to their collection peeps, while waiting for insurance..... absolutely no help from management, all they want is $$$$$$$

Easy scheduling, open appointments were available the day of my call but I chose the next day. They seem to have open appointments frequently. Staff was great.
