Waited for 10 minutes to get help with a weed eater and of course no employee came so I ask the lady at the return desk for help she then paged for help and after 20 more minutes waiting i decided to leave and go to Lowe's

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees sitting around just talking then you ask them for help and they seem annoyed by it and then they pointed me to someone else to ask. I talked to four different people and no one would help me. This store is ran very poorly no leadership here. I will just shop at Lowe's in the future and so will my construction company.

Got online with home depot, edmond , made reservations with tool rental, paid 150 dollar deposit, reservation was excepted for oct 8. This was four days ago, recive a text message today reservation canceled . Call tool rental , and ask why, he says we cant hold it that long, what is he talking about, i need on the 8, that means it gets rented until that day, when its my turn. Incompetent, and has no idea what he is doing. Stop wasting customers time and money, not to mention to coward to call!

Home Depot on Broadway has terrible customer service and there delivery system is none existing bought a pallet of concrete mix to be delivered 15 minutes away from the store I had a window from 6am to 10am no show I drove to the store and had Walter the MOD contact the delivery truck but no luck so I asked Walter to give me a call after the concrete was picked up so I could be at the job site, Walter did call me drove to the job site and still no luck, won't be doing much business with them any longer , Lowe's you'll see me from now on.

Called in advance to see if they had push mowers available to rent to which the guy said he’s looking at a couple. Drove 30 minutes up there just to have them tel me they couldn’t rent them. Thanks a lot.

It was a horrible mistake to walk in and accept the mini split that I had ordered. The box appeared to gave been opened and when we went to installed it....the hose was already kinked. So whoever had purchased it originally had damaged it and it was sold to me as new. Now 800 dollars in repair bills....it failed again this morning.....but I(an elderly dying woman) is expected to keep making the payments on it. Please close my Home Depot account. I will never set foot in. Home Depot again as long as I live. That unit was supposed to improve my life. And it has turned my life into pure hell. When I call I get left on hold and no one EVER picks up. I am disabled and home bound and took the biggest punch in the gut from Home Depot....possible. Thanks for ruining what is left of the rest of my life. 18 degrees in a house with no heat and can't do one thing about it. Shame on all of you.

I have been a Lowe's fan for 15 years. I have had a few poor experiences with Lowe's over the years. Decided to move to Home Depot and I am glad I did. I had a unique application using Formica. Rodney Scannell helped me through the process and had some great recommendations. Ordered what I needed and I was good to go. Great Service! Thank you Overtime I have become involved in more projects and I do my own work. As a result, in my experience Lowe's is focused on the typical home owner and Home Depot is focused on those wo do the work. I have been to the Edmond store about 8 times so far all the employees on the floor as well as the cashiers are wonderful. Eager to answer your questions and help you find what you need. Hunter was very pleasant to deal with, his helpfulness and kindness is greatly appreciated. My personal situation was extremely stressful plus my just having back surgery Hunter made it a a little bette rboth upon leasing and returning the equipment. Thanks!

Like to shop here but not impressed with their rental department which is where you supposedly go for any repairs needed. Took my mower in because having issues getting it started. The guy said he was too busy to help and to try the other Home Depot. This was my second attempt after trying a few days prior where the person I spoke to (different guy) said he was too busy and to come back another time. I even tried calling the other Home Depot the next day and the guy I spoke to over the phone said the guy that could help me had just left for the day. It was 10 AM... If I didn't know any better I'd say they don't like to work at all.

Was told that the workers are waiting on me to leave an isle as I'm shopping with a large list in the entire isle which was plumbing and as I'm shopping with items I look back and forth the isle and there are several workers waiting for me to leave as if there's nothing else they can do what happened to treating the customer right
