Words can not express how impressed I am with the shampoo job that Robert performed on my vehicles carpet. Robert was professional and took extra time to discuss details on all the services that they provide.The carpet in my car is a tan color and shows every ounce of dirt that hits it. It had not been shampooed in over 5 years and it was covered in black dirt marks and some unidentifiable substances. When Robert finished with my carpet, it looked brand new and ready for the show room floor. I HIGHLY recommend this detail shop if you are looking for professional and quality work.

I brought my car Friday and charged me for $189 to do detail. Promised will able to removed a bad odor. My car brand new however had old food dropped and stayed in the car for few days. I got my car after he cleaned it, however still the smell never go away. I brought it back Saturday, and complaint about it. He recommended to do Ozone for $150 & change filter for $75. I declined because at the beginning he did not do the job right. He claimed that he had 28 yrs experienced and to me doesn't proved it. On that day Saturday, I went there is another lady complaining and I saw him that he let the lady get out and kicked hard a coffee mug which is on the ground while he closing the garage door. The lady called the police. I do not recommend this company to do detail.
