I don't usually write reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with Textbook Brokers Edmond as the University of Oklahoma's official online bookstore. Because the store no longer has any in-person services, students must pay the shipping fees for return/drop off. And if you do want to drop them off, you have to drive an hour and back from campus. My main frustration, however, is the fact that textbooks show as available on the website but the store does not actually have them in stock. When I called after noticing my textbook had not shipped, I talked to a very rude employee that told me they don't know when they'll have them and 30 other students are waiting. It is now three weeks into the semester and I'm so frustrated about a $130 textbook that should have been noted as not available on their website that I need for classes, if I knew I would not receive the textbook I would not have purchased from them! I will never use these sellers again.

No longer open to the public, so only sells online textbooks. I used to love to come here for textbook rentals, but I guess not anymore.

Sold textbooks to Textbook Brokers: friendly employees, quick service, great buyback prices.

I have been coming here since my Freshman year at UCO for almost all of my textbook needs and everyone who works here is incredibly helpful and kind. Even when I have had to make phone calls for books, they have helped me through everything. Recently I had to order a book that was out of stock and I asked if they could ship it to me. I live over an hour away. And they were so nice and helpful and agreed to ship it to my home address. I love this establishment and I am very thankful for it.

DO NOT RENT HERE (very unethical buisness). They are trying to scam students by returning books the same day as finals then charge you full price for all the books if you don't. I paid $200 for 3 book rentals then was charged $161 saying I apparently own the books now. They proceed to tell me they can buy back the books for $35....

The staff is always so kind and they really help you especially your first year at UCO! It helps a lot so your not trying to go through each syllabus trying to find your books. Amazon works just as well for most books, but i think it is nice that they help you find everything you need for your specific course. It also has better prices than the UCO bookstore. I've never had any trouble with returns/refunds. the dropbox was helpful as of last semester and i didn't have any issues with it. The dropbox problem probably has been fixed a lot because it is used more with COVID and all.

Good place for books and scantrons for classes, however they do have a 2$ minimum requirement to use a card. Had to buy an extra item I didn’t need. Not too much of an issue, just a little inconvenient.

The only good place to get books for UCO. They should be the new UCO Bookstore.

Good for textbooks at UCO, also for UCO merch. Cheaper than buying online, but limited options and a little out of the way.
