You are in trouble at the Edmond location. There so many young men running around but they aren’t getting anything done. Never have I had my oil changed where they didn’t replenish the fluids under the hood. First thing I told them was that I had ZERO WINDSHIELD FLUID. So I leave and try it out. NONE. The man in front of me they drained his transmission fluid in his truck. As soon as he drove off ALL OF HIS TRANSMISSION FLUID CAME OUT. That man never raised his voice or screamed. He is my hero. Hi truck could have been ruined. Last time I was there two guys were doing it alone and man were they husseling! That’s why I came back. Sorry I can’t go back.

Oil change went fine, but we were not given and were told we were not going to be given a sticker to tell us when to come back for the oil change only a sticker to come by sometime and top it off. Very unprofessional and not what we normally expect from take five.

So I decide today to take my car to the Take 5 on Danforth. Grand Opening and all why not.
Well after 30 minutes I am told the drain plug is bad and they can't take it off to change oil. They asked where I went before and I told them the on Broadway.
They tell me that there have been issues with that location and I need to go back and tell them about the drain plug and of they can't fix it I need to file a claim , make them pay for it and take to a mechanic.
Now I am stressed. I go back to Broadway and I believe Steve, Ryan and Cody, provided great service and changed my oil.
Not sure what Danforth needs, more knowledge, motivation etc but they need to figure it out.

It takes a super long time waiting in line and it can be a little more pricey than DIY.
Nice people, and they get the job done eventually. It’s just not worth the 30-45 minute wait in line and then the additional 20 minutes getting it done.
They just need to fix staffing, then this place would be great

This place gave me an oil change not to long ago . After I drove it for 2 days I got stranded on the highway with oil leaking from the bottom , Come to find out they left the screw loose from the bottom which was never tighten when they finished the job . Almost blew my motor . NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE MY VEHICLES TO THIS PLACE . They gave me the run around that the screw was tight ! BS IT WASN'T!!

They supposedly close at 5 on Sundays. I arrived at 4:15 only to see the lane already blocked off. Thanks a lot. Didn't get out of f'n Walmart until 7 because they are slow as hell.

Definitely a disappointment. I called an hour and some change ago to find out if I needed to make an appointment. The lady said no and texted me at 25% off discount that all seemed fine until I arrived and found out that I could’ve made an appointment and that there was a long line with at minimum of 45 minute wait. This is the last thing I needed to do before leaving town. I scheduled it for the end of the day. I called ahead to find out what I needed to do. And there is no way I could sit there and wait for other cars to go through before I can get my oil change.
