I have rented from Switzer's in Edmond for over 5 years and we have only had very positive experiences with all of the employees at this location. We have used their moving truck multiple times and they have always been very helpful! Amber is ALWAYS pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I never feel as though I am bothering her when I call.

Came home to get my things after being gone for 5 months and my entire unit was ransacked. “The safest place to keep your things” I would not recommend this place. All of my personal belongings were ruined. On top of a lot of my expensive items stolen. Unprofessional and not secure. If you have a unit here at the Edmond location you may want to check your things

Nice clean storage facility with good access in and out. They have a professional staff and huge selection of storage units.

Items in storage covered in dirt due to non sealed unit. Parking lot has pot holes and weeds growing everywhere. Seems to be little care about the facility.

One of the finest staff I have ever meet. Specially, Daniel he goes out of his way to help everyone. I would give 5 STARS to this place because of him.I did visit about 3 different companies in the area but picked this because of this service. God bless
